As there seemed to be some confusion about these and wether they are requestable or not we decided to clearify along with the rules of what is and is not going on them: viewtopic.php?f=151&t=84930&p=1412673#p1412673Updated here. Spellslots count 1 power as per mythal system. Feats may count 1 or 2 or 3 (at DM choice and depending on power) P.S. This is a ruling, not a discussion. You can of course ask questions if anything is unclear but we will not increase the power availability on these items. _________________

This is a great change.
I was wondering, if there was a chance some of the basic no ACF tower shields could be added to vendors, as right now you can buy 'large' 0 acf shields with the same powers, so this is almost like a 20+ dc tax for +1 ac, ie literally buying a straight ac upgrade.

Afraid those will never go to regular stores. I suppose we could discuss 'maybe' adding them to the epic bin. But I know already the team will never agree to have them added to basic shops.  _________________

+4 or +3 versions, that would already be mythal capped, ergo the best you could do yourself is a non +5 version.

I read this and the title is very confusing. When I read No ASF full plate I think this is prohibiting it. Could you perhaps consider changing the title to 0% ASF instead of No ASF to elaborate properly? This is an interesting change, but again is a very confusing one due to the title of it.
Changing it on the forum post you linked would make it a little clearer as well. At first I thought this was a ruling saying that they are not requestable since that was what I had always been lead to believe by other DMs in the past.

We discussed it and felt the need to clarify since there was even confusion among the team. This is what we worked out as fair considering asf plates power.
Also fixed the topic name.
