// Posted in Cordor, Kampos, Howness, Guldhorand, Wharftown, the forest trails north of Bendir Dale and the road between Cordor and Bendir Dale.
Winter is coming and Endir's Point wants men and women of various talents to continue the growth and prosperity that has occurred these past few months. Hunters, warriors, masons, merchants, fishermen, miners, prostitutes and moneylenders. There is gold to be made and more valuable than gold is the rewards of citizenship!
Seek out the Burgomaster and Lord Intercessor Ciroc Kilgrave in Endir's Point and prove yourself worthy of the honor of citizenship.
Celestials and those with abyssal blood need not apply.
Be aware of the Laws of Endir's Point before entering.

Such notices are collected and used for kindling by a short figure.

*the guards in Howness also remove said notice, after it becomes clear that the poster represents a foreign entity and who didn't even declare themselves to customs on entry, thus breaking the law*

Ciroc,
Perhaps mention of some actual tangible benefit should be made instead of the "value" of citizenship in Endir's Point.
Bluster and talk of intangibles are worthless.

*wherever Geralt left his note, response is added* You can simply lure and kill people in Endir as citizen. That might be interesting for some.

I can kill people wherever I want, especially Endir's Point. My ability to kill is only limited by Ciroc's ability to stop me.

All the posters in Bendir Dale are removed by the winged militia men and will keep being removed in case they are bought back up.

Before the notice is removed by the militia man with wings, a red-headed male hin reads it and says aloud, "Isn't it better to create a society where people decide if it is worthy of them, rather than a society that has to determine the worth of it's people?". He then shakes his head and continues on, sipping from a mug of coffee.
