Spells and bow's and summons oh my!
I wanted to make an arcane archer, though not your usual 'Just an archer'. I saw a level spread though no build so decided i would give it a go.

Anything out of place, or would be better? I'd imagine i would be doing more PVE, than PVP.
Is Dex better than Wis in this sort of build?
Would Hellball suit more than greater ruin would due to pve?
Should i just get Great wisdom 1 instead of Energy resist, and use the small boost for an easier time gearing? (Or simply did i choose the wrong resist?)

I have no idea about your questions, sorry.
But I think if you put the Bard level a bit later, like at level 18. I might be wrong, but that would give you tumble to 20, so one more AC. I would also reduce UMD to 14, since with your +1 Cha mod, you have 15. UMD also works in fives as far as I know. Then you would onl put one skill point from one of your 33s.

By the way, aren't you more of a Divine Archer then? ;)

My thoughts;

Zen archery is tricky, as some of your AA abilities function off dex regardless of zen archery.

I would also make your last level a bard level, so you can get 30 base tumble and discipline.

Other thing I can see, you're going into arcane archer but not really getting into the 'good' stuff. Without 9 levels you don't get +5 arrows either, so you'd be an arcane archer still needing a +5 bow.

Either way I'd recommend dropping druid to 21 total (so you can get epic mummy dust and an epic nuke of choice, likely ruin) and spending the rest of your epic levels on AA. I'd say 21/9 but you will be hurting for ac really bad either way with no shield, so I think tumble is mandatory here. With animal companion only advancing every 5 levels, going 24 druid won't make it any stronger then 21 druid, and you're only missing a few die on earthquakes.

So honestly, if it's what you want, i'd go 21, 7, 2. Bard at 1 and 30. Max disc, tumble, heal (for your summons mostly, since you're wisdom having 80 heal checks, 160hp a round, on deck is amazing), but I don't feel UMD is mandatory. Remember you can get divine wands of invis/haste and due to bard use arcane wands too, so it's even less required for this specific build.

oh also don't get energy resist get armor skin.

and start with 18 wisdom so you only need one epic wisdom, or 19 starting wis so you don't need any and can get more epic feats, like epic prowess.

also keep in mind dragon knight is rounds/level if you don't have an epic spell focus, so i'd strongly urge you to pick up a mummy dust if you arn't getting that. 21 minutes of a mummy buddy that can solo most content with drood buffs is way better then 21 rounds and then back to only you.

or find a way to work in an epic spell focus. drop energy resist in epic, 2 feats pre-epic, and work it in. if you want dragon knight i'd consider this a mandatory build concession.

also consider maximize spell, for your stat buffs, over great fort.

you could also find a way to squeeze in heavy armor proficiency and just start with 8 dex. with a maximized cats grace you would hit the armor cap of 10. and then would have all those sweet sweet stat points to max out your wisdom and con or get some more int.

for pvp if you're smart you should be able to win most if not all fights, as long as you are prepared with the right arrows and spells for the encounter, be it eathquakes or undead-slaying arrows or flesh to stone arrows.

for pve you will be able to just plow through most content if you ward properly. remember that maximized stat buffs for your summons stack with aura of vitality so that's a huge boon, not to mention stacking regeneration and monstrous regeneration when it gets tough.

It is still stronger - it just doesn't get the next tier of Amia familair/AC buffs.

It does make ones buffs proof against greater dispell which is one of those that is not relevant till your stat buffs get nuked by a fire giant witch

5 Arcane archer also gets me Arcane Archer arrows, while giving me just the amount needed for four attacks per round.

I will consider switching out the dragon for mummy, and great fort for either maximize for heavy armour or maximize spell. I can't imagine there is much in the way of druid armour in the heavier sets though for me to make use of.

I can delay the armour skin feat, and work around stats to push the resist feat out and get armour skin then, changing the original armour skin to epic prowess for a small boost to Ab. I may also work around the stats to get a pinch more wisdom.

I can't take another bard level or get it later without becoming weaker in the druid or losing an attack per round. If i have to miss out on four ac and some extra UMD then so be it.

Pvp isn't the biggest concern for me, i'd rather get RP abilities than pvp abilities these days, though i wanted some confirmation on the PVE front. Due to Pve being the main concern i will likely be around others or have pets to tank for me while i rain down the support.

I've updated the main build with current suggestions that i liked.
