Bug; When you make a new Drow it asks if you want to start in the underport, which it then sets as your home forever.

Repo steps; Make a new drow and set underport as your home at the mirror. Your teleport wand, when you pick slot 1, will either teleport you to the waiting area or will send you to the one room underport that has the nonfunctional door. On B the portal sends you to L'Obsul.

Recommended fix; Use one of the cities not buried below millions of tons of rocks as a drow racial home instead of Underport (which occasionally you are still able to teleport to oddly enough).

Also note, this seems to be the cause of the bug where if you make a drow and have your first death on A, you're just stuck in the fugue plane until a dm manually rescues you because the 'home' option for drow is still underport.

i guess this has been a bug as long as underport existed.

recommend setting drow home on A to kohl in the meantime as drow are super welcome there.

This has only been a bug since Underport was slated to be removed. Something likely went screwy with the nodes in the database or something like that.

Finding a starting place for Drow on A is hard, because everything that caters to them is on B; we don't count whoredancers. But seriously, ideally I'd like to see a 'good' (shudder) and 'evil' (yay) option for them. Neutral could obviously go with either for their starting location.

So just use Kampos then for the time being. the drow thing should be flagged as a critical bug because any time a drow gets made and dies on A they actually require dm intervention. swapping servers doesn't help once you're bugged.

additionally ctrl+f the code and manually examine every instance of it appearing. for instance my gnoll can literally still teleport there.
