The Ingredients Trader in Nes'Ek doesn't give the dialog for listing ingredients that is available for purchase. I waited after the next reset and the same missing dialog occurs. The choices it shows is back or exit.

Again? Very odd. This was happening for a while a few months back, then randomly 'fixed' itself.
