Level 25+: Elder Elemental Shape

I'm confused, do you need just level 25 or 26 to get Elder Elemental Shape?

Appreciate it.

Okay a few more questions.

1.I am assuming spell focus, greater spell focus, Epic Spell Focus in Transmutation makes your char better when shifting to animals and elemental's. Would that be correct?

2.Does taking the feat Blind fight help when shifted in forums?

3.Can you use KD feat when shifted?

4.When shifting and shifted, does your discipline skill or concentration skill factor in?

1. I don't believe any spell foci help in shifting at all.

2. Blind fight will always be useful to have and will work when shifted.

3. You can use KD when shifted.

4. For skills, your base ranks should be included, plus your highest skill on any gear, at least for the shifter PrC rework. Not certain about druid.

Okay so far this is the build i have. I'm guessing on epic lvls and think im off a few skill points, don't know how Master Scout is going to work out. I was looking at reskin's suprized there was no Unicorn option.

So what do you all think?

I was wondering if instead of WF LB, Imp Crit LB, and Epic WF LB, i should take SF conjuration, Grter Conjuration and Epic SF conjuration.

It all depends on what you want to do.

Do you want to shift (with your stats... probably into that elemental) and fight in the front lines?
Do you plan on "covering" behind your summons, using them as tanks and shooting arrows at the enemy?
Do you plan to be spellcaster (wrath of the nature style)?

Based on your answers you either focus more on melee fighting feats, have your focuses on longbow, or spell focuses on some school (I am not sure that conjuration is the best choice for druidic caster).

This would probably suit me the best style.

Then I guess your build is good. However I am not sure how effective it really is (I dont play archer characters). But druid has some nice spells that have no saves, or stuff like Storm of Vengeance where you just need to wait, so I guess it can work.
However if you would feel more like casting spells from cover of your summons, you could do this:

i would like to piggy back off of this topic instead of making a new one. what does EMD give a NE druid? an outsider?

• Outsider: Alignment dependant (Epic Conjuration extends)

• Good: Arcadian Avenger
• Neutral: Githzerai Savant
• Evil: Corruptor of Fate

You pick what summon you want, save for the alignment based outsiders. So, you can pick construct, undead, elemental, beast, or outsider. But yes those are the outsiders given based on your alignment.

Given your base stats, gear dependant, you will probably be able to hit with a bow, but even buffed, wont do much dmg. That being said, if you are going to focus on conjuration, instead of transmutation, you will be plinking away at enemies from behind a summon and will have enough wis to be a very good party support character. Don't get super caught up in being able to tank epic dungeons. If that was the case, you should have been a shifter. Elemental shape has some decent DR, and immunity to crits, but the output damage is so/so and you will lose any spell slots afforded to you by wisdom gear. I guess what begs to be answered here, is: What do you want her to do/be?

Is it possible to find out the stats of the Amia-modified elder elemental shapes? Or is that as closely guarded secret as EMD, and one must take 20+ levels in the class before finding out.

The 25 plus elder elemental shapes are all quite good. Fair to high ac, much better ab than oh pull from Druid alone, solid dr and immunities and spammable spells.

I use them all the time and have little complaints only.
