At some point the areas that allowed Job System animals to be spawned were flagged to not allow it and it's intensely frustrating to search for "legal areas", and to try reasonable places like farmlands or the same map that a Job System NPC teaches you the job and then receive the "you cannot spawn animals here" message. Please revert this back to something useful.

I remember we reported this issue awhile back when Barak Runedar got some rothe and mushroom farming job trainers added. You could not spawn any job PLCs in any of the underground areas as Barak Runedar had been updated with the new underground tileset which the job system did not recognise as a vaild area to spawn the job PLCs. I am sure it is the same with most of the updated areas of the model. I think because it was tied to the job system scripting which no one wanted to meddle with it could not be fixed. The only solution was to build in an area of the old tileset to Barak Runedar so the jobs would function.

Maybe there's a solution since this that any of the new devs can tackle.

It should be just an integer change, if I recall correctly.
