Is it possible to play a non slave human living in the Underdark? And if so is there any information about such humans to read up onboth forgotten realms original stuff and how things work on Amia? And secondly can anyone give me tips about sources of half-drow life in the Underdark, like lifestyle, religion and so on. I have a special consept in mind and this information would really help me out.

It is possible to play a Non-Slave human in the Underdark, though difficult. It's best to either PM one of the Underdark Houses leaders, (The PC Matron) and ask about UD lore.

Canonically There are reasons why a human might choose to live down there despite the obvious issues, most notably in the case of mages due to many of the unique traits of the UD. That said it isn't really an environment very suitable to humans and so even in the "Underdark" the furthest you will generally find most humans is in the top sections of the Upperdark.
Lore wise places like Skullport are fairly good options as they are some of the fewer locations where UD/Surface trade is high and so has a far higher percentage of humans who venture and live in and around section of the UD.
Mechanically you will have issues currently unless you set something up with a UD character or getting DM approval simply due to their being a number of implemented mechanics that make UD travel difficult for any non-UD race.
As for half-drow living in the UD, a large percentage are likely going to be Vhaeraunite, due to his acceptance of them and his being one of the few such Deities around. Although Shar is a decent option for going a more "human" route on that, Ghaundaur being another decent option due to portfolio including outcasts and the like.
Not sure exactly what sorts of thoughts you're thinking, but maybe does Dambrath have a place in your story? The Forgotten Realms has a whole nation of half-drow you could work with. (And of course, ignore everything on that page referencing the Spellplague and other such 4th-Edition nonsense.)

Thanks that was some interesting reading. But I'm mostly looking for information about human and half-drow life in the Underdark and how other races would treat them and how they survive in cities down there.

If you can get your hands on a copy of FR 3e Underdark it lists a human subrace of the Deep Imaskari which live in seclusion in the Underdark. Other then them I don't think there are any other predefined communities of humans down there, as physiologically they are not adept at surviving permanently deep underground. The Deep Imaskari altered themselves magically to survive. As such any other human would need to adapt in someway to counteract the laws of nature. Perhaps an upperdark dweller who has regular contact with the surface might be more likely.
A Deep Imaskari sounds like a great character to have around. The interactions that would happen if some of the Mulan characters on the server figured out what they are would be fantastic. I'll take ten to go, please.
Anyway, humans living among drow aren't completely unheard of, at least when it comes to skilled mages. The first War of the Spider Queen novel had a human sorceress who'd joined a drow house in Menzoberranzan and was treated almost as well as a noble... up until she fell ill and lost her powers, anyway. The second novel also briefly mentions a human wizard who lived in Ched Nasad.
