My character was out exploring the Lumorier gulf and she unexpectedly picked up a quest to send warning to a mayor in Uhm that the Scourge is back.

She headed up north and instead of finding a town where Uhm used to stand, its just a big lake now. Disappointed, she asked someone IC when she got back to Cordor and apparently Uhm is no more so the quest can no longer be finished.

Perhaps someone forgot take off the quest or the quest giver is just rambling nonsense which can be confusing for new players like myself.

Also, I can't seem to find lore about Uhm or why it no longer exists in the forums or the wiki or my search skills are just pathetic.

It first got blown up during the war against the Arcanum. Its fate afterwards is... ???

But yes, that's a quest that should have been removed. I'm not sure if we can remove it from you as DM's, but.. could ask if you see one online!

We can at least spawn him the NPCs needed to finish the quest, I think.

If it can't be removed I would certainly love to have the NPC respawned if possible. Is it okay to just notify a DM or do I need to make a request for this?

Just ask if you see one is logged in, although they might not have immediate access to them. I'll talk with Sammy next opportunity we have to make sure it can get done.

Since you have A, can you remove the PLC that starts off the quest, Sheeler? The details of where exactly it is, in case you need it, are in the Dev forum.
