Construction has begun on a camp devoted to all things despicable.

Necromancy. Pale Mastery. Slaughtering of innocents. Vengeance on a population that cannot know it's crime.

Velsherrans, Sharrans, Garagosians, Lolthites that desire a home on the surface, and all other unsavory and generally untrustworthy folk on the isle, are catered to at this camp - a camp dedicated to evil. A camp that abolishes ideas of "political neutrality".

The word goes out across the island, to Cordor, Cordor West, Tarkuul, Bendir Dale, Wiltun, Kampo's, the Shrine of Eilistraee, Wharftown, and notices are also posted in strange locations such as the Burning Crypt, Electric Castle, and the Troll Caves near Bendir Dale...

Fellow rejects of society. You know who I am talking to.

For too long have we operated in the shadows. We have not had strength enough to exist in the open.

But there is a counter to the repetitive Lathanderites, the holier-than-thou Kohlingers, the stupidity of Cordor... And the "neutrality" of Tarkuul.

Join me on the Gulf of Lumorier and together we shall build a future where morals are a thing of the past.

Only power will reign.

The posts are posted in all the specified above locations, with a skull symbol emblazoned on every piece of parchment.

Rania spots the one in Bendir Dale and pulls it down. She can be heard to mutter "Blah blah blah. Going to love that popping sound when ya remove your head from your backside one day."

On her normal routes of gathering herbs for her potions, Genevieve spots the posting in Kampo's. She shakes her head and continued on her way making a mental note of it, basket of herbs in arm. Leaving the notice alone, though she does tear the part of the notice with the skull symbol off to carry with her. [Chondathan] I ought show this hedge-wizard what a proper Necromancer is..

Any notices in Wharftown and the Burning Crypt would be torn down and Aedan would advise the rest of the Wharftown guard to keep on the lookout for anyone attempting to replace them. With that in mind, Aedan, too, would be on constant watch for any of these people. If any notice posters are, in fact, missed, he just continues to tear down the notices leaving none in Wharftown or the Burning Crypt.

Considering the dangerous and unprotected status of the burning crypt, the posters are consistently replaced whenever they have the thought to go check a haunted crypt for pieces of parchment.

While the posters may not be caught at the crypt, they are still taken down through Aedan's constant patrols of the surrounding areas that remain within Wharftown jurisdiction, especially the crypt as Aedan patrols that area more than most other areas outside the town. Just may not be torn down as frequently as they might be within Wharftown itself.

The Necromaster of Velsharoon spies one of these notices during her rounds in the city of Tarkuul. She takes a moment to appraise the notice and she scoffs as she concluded her reading and as she departed she muttered; Pathetic. The notice remains in place, however.

A strong presence of magic could have been felt late yesterday, as a duel of unknown intentions or contenders, took place at the camp.

The ground rumbled from the explosions and the hillsides echoed with screams.

The camp, however, remains.

The High Arcanist briefly paused by the poster in
Tarkuul and uttered a single world before moving on..

"Amusing."

Whether it was sarcasm or genuine amusement is
yet uknown. The notice, however, remains intact.

Earlier this eve, for any who would witness the large movement of people or the feeling of magic about the area, the camp was temporarily disabled (i.e. burned to the ground) by a group comprised of Winya, Kohlingen, Cordor, and miscellaneous affiliates.

But the cackling magus of undeath slipped through their grasp... And the architect of the camp remains at large, to rebuild his home later.

The Shrine of Eilistraee, currently well-guarded by Kohlinger personnel, does not remain a location where these notices are tacked randomly to a rock or tree. The High Priestess herself takes the notice down calmly as soon as she finds it and asks the Kohlinger guards stationed there to make sure they remove such notices if someone comes by to replace them.

The very next day, the camp is put back up, but in a different, more defensive arrangement.

Fresh posters are either posted, or sent via messengers, to the same locations as before, stating:

"Did you think I would so easily be defeated? Come now.

I'm in this for the long haul."

As it seems that Aedan isn't the only one who patrols the Burning Crypts those notices just don't stand a chance. After collecting the first one and adding it to his collection of writing samples, Drusus continues through the crypt headed for his standing meeting with the lich.

Upon finally seeing the notice in Kampo's Storehouse, instead of making your typical snide remark that proceeded her reactions, the pitch-black clad Audrey gave care and curiosity which strangely led her to make note of the information perhaps to investigate further.
