I've noticed we don't have Manny if all the cloaks we would like in game to have particular God symbols. Is there any cloaks and gods you all would like for me to create? Finished Cloaks:
Looks like 95% (rough estimate) of the cloaks we have in-game are human deities. There's very few elven, dwarven, drow, gnomish, and halfling deities represented.
I was going to put of a list of deities missing cloaks for the major races on Amia, but I think that perhaps posting a poll in their respective settlement subforums would be a better idea to find out which deities have active followers on the server. Like.. a poll for dwarven deities in Barak Runedar's subforum, another for halflings and gnomes on Bendir Dale's page, drow and other UD deities in the UD section, and so on. Just an idea, though!
As for the ones I think need a little love? Solonor Thelandira, Fenmarel Mestarine, Sehanine Moonbow, and perhaps Shevarash for elves. Selvetarm and Kiaransalee for drow.
See, I was going to include that one too, but thought I might seem a lil too greedy, lol.
There's also no draconian deity aside from Tiamat. Maybe give Bahamut some love since there's a presence of his followers around Kohl? And maybe the Mulhorandi deities, for the desert-lovers on the server.
Both showed up when I did a Google search, but I didn't bother checking with my on-hand source books to verify which one it was. Anyway, fixed. Added the entry for Hanali at the top of my post.
Also, looked up Bahamut's correct symbol. The image I used is the one used in the Draconomicon, and is the one that would have been in use around the time Amia split off from the official FR timeline (1372-ish DR). The one with the dragon's head on a shield is used after the formation of the New Triad.
Definitely use the other Hanali symbol, that Khy had up originally. It's way better.
It wasn't me! PS is doing all the work on the cloaks. And according to the source book, Hanali's symbol is just a "gold heart", and the image DireCorbie supplied is the "official" image used in the book. I agree the image PS used definitely looks better, though.
There is no one official rendering of the symbol that the entire religion agrees on, especially with a religion as blithely indifferent to organization and hierarchy as Hanali's. Anything that looks vaguely like a gold heart is the symbol of Hanali. (Sort of like anything that looks vaguely like a plus sign with the bottom leg longer than the others is recognizable as the symbol of Christianity. There's no single specific configuration that outranks all the others.)
That is to say... screw the sourcebook, use whatever symbol looks awesomest. The one in the sourcebook looks like a mylar valentine's day balloon that's started to go soft. It's awful.

I'm not fussed about it either way. But since DC was the one who both requested Hanali and supplied the image, that's the one I went with in the entry for her above.

As a heads up when creating new cloaks, see if you can set wings models to show up through them. Most of the current deity cloaks are set to hide them, which means you can't see our pretty new shield guige thingamabobs or scabbards.

Also, it means Matthew can't wear his Lathander cloak ;D
I remember how sad you were when he got his wings and the deity cloak hid them.
