Hey, um...I keep trying to log in, and it loads almost all the way, then it says "You have been booted." Did I get banned?

Did you buy a new CD-key? If so you need to tell a DM and they can verify it with your account.

This just happened to me, to, when trying to log in with a newly rolled up character. But, I closed the game, rebooted it, and then was able to log in with no problem. So... did you try turning it off and turning it back on again? :)

I got a new CD key, just installed the game again! Who do i talk to to verify? I get booted with my old account too. But not if I make new one.
