Why do i keep getting booted?

New/Old player? (If old, may need to make a new character to get authorised if got new CD keys)

Using a GoG game? (will need to request a set of keys from them if you bought it from Gog)

Does it say anything other than "You have been booted?" Do you get in game at all, even if briefly?

no as soon as i click the character i wanna use the screen turns black and then i go back to the home screen with a prompt that say's you have been booted, i am a new to this server

Well. If you've made a brand new character/not using a GoG bought game... I don't know unfortunately. Hopefully someone else might though.

Try reinstalling your game.

What game version do you have?

Maybe you were simply trying to log in during the server reset. I know when I first started on Amia, the server reset got me booted and I thought I'm banned. :oops:
