Hey there folks!

First of all: Even when it might be seen as a "PvP Guild", I definitely do not want to have it like that!

I would like to start a new faction, not that much different from Kohlingen faction, but still with a slight differences, that may be missed for few, who were thinking of "joining Kohlingen".

Lore (Still working on it):
Vigilant Protectors were established by Sir Reynard d'Aubernon, due to his nature as a drill master. It is supposed to protect the innocent people not just on Kohlingen grounds, same as purge any evil-natured creatures (That means fiends, half-fiend, tieflings, goblins, chromatic dragons, etc.) as far from them as possible.
They fortress is not situated at this moment, because Reynard is still trying to find a good place for their "Base", if we can say it like that.
It is also known, that membership to this order can achieve anyone, who worships any good/neutral deity (Helm, Tyr, Torm, Kelemvor, Illmater, Lathander, etc.) and will pass the "exams".
It does not matter, if person is fighter, paladin, cleric, monk, wizard, etc. Rogues can be little problematic, same as rangers, barbarians and such, but it is not impossible.

Goals: Protect the innocent, weak and poor people, at any means necessary.
Mainly this guild will be created for -new- players and -new- characters. It doesn't mean that you can't join this guild with current character, but requirement is to "not be a part of ANY other faction."

If anyone will feel interested in this, feel free to send me a PM or ask right here.

Cheers!

*Thumbs up!* Hope to see it paying off. Good luck in your recruitment, as it sounds like a fine idea.

Ideas:

1) Vigilant Protectors main goal is to seek and destroy any unnatural being of evil nature, which can cause anything bad to common, innocent people.
2) Fort Vigil, main base of operations for Vigilant Protectors will serve as fortress for knights, wizards and any other members of the faction.
Also it will stand as a base for refugees that lives in constant fear of unnatural beings, and those, who are not wealthy and still want to serve and fight in the name of Good.
School will be prepared as a second priority in the fortress, free to anyone who will want to become Vigilant Protector in the future. This school will offer a fighting lessons, talking and teaching about faiths, arts of magic and history of Amia.
3) Anyone can join the faction, be it absolutely new character/player or "Amian veteran" who wants to have some fun.
4) Also, as there will be a "school", I need to find one or two capable people, who will want to take a place in it. Teacher will be of course member of Vigilant Eyes, but his priority will be to teach others. (Of course, this does not mean to sit in the fortress whole day and wait for someone, who will want to know more about something.)

Everything I want to make purely in the IC ways. Making a meetings in the class, not just (look on forums, there it is in Library) and so on. No, this is meant to be fun and I want to keep it in this way.

Cheers! :)

I would suggest considering a kind of military academy. That idea gained quite a bit of traction a few years ago, but never reached fruition (Through my own error!). I would love to see someone tackle something else.

And I will say that a great way to recruit players is through a mentor-pupil relationship found in such schools.

You say open to anyone of a good or neutral deity, then give examples that are customarily the Triadic Gods. I just wanted clarification, is it "Paladin style" Gods or any non evil gods?

Bidocks: Of course it is open to non-evil gods, not just triadic and paladin gods (it was just rough example of gods that were on my mind at that very moment.)
It is open also for Dwarven gods, elven gods (Be it Moradin, Corellon, Clangeddin, Sehanine, etc.), Oghma, Ao, Mystra, Azuth and many others.

Mr. Hackums: Military academy sounds great, but also I would like to put there something for wizards also. (Not every spell-casting character [or player of this character] wants to be part of Seven Star Academy or Tarkuulian Magisterium Mortis -- This is just my opinion.)
Also I would appreciate if you will be interested in this idea, to discuss it with me on PM or skype or anything else. I would be glad, to speak about it with someone, who got wider informations of the Amia and such.

Not that I am opposed to your idea of attempting to make a faction but I do think you should ask yourself a few questions first:

What can you offer that the Seven Stars or Tarkuul can't in terms of an academy?
Exactly what evil will your faction be combating and how? PvM? PvP?
How is your faction going to be any different than any other faction that combats evil?

I am not saying, that I want to offer more then Seven Stars or Tarkuul.
Fact is, that not every "spellcaster" wants to be part of Seven Stars or Tarkuul, looking for something a little bit different. More fighting, less talking about nature of magic, more practical use, less theory. (I am not trying to insult anyone, but this is my opinion from what I have seen.)

Quote:

Both PvM and PvP.

Quote:

That's simple. This faction is meant to be absolutely independent, not corrupted by politics and bad reputation.
Yes, they will be allies to other good factions, but not their part, they will not have any superior above them. (Except inner hierarchy, but even this will be more "friendly" to members. Not like "You are just Knight (Rank 1) and I am Knight-Captain (Rank 3), that means you will listen to anything I will say and that's the end of discussion." Given ranks were just examples, it will not be like that in the hierarchy.)
Simply, I can't say it will be "much" different. But it will -not-, I say definitely -not-, be closed party of friends, that is impossible to get into.

Less knowledge and theory, more practice sounds like preparing for PvP really, which doesn't sit well with your claim that it won't be a PvP faction. I don't mean to be blunt, but little to no theory of magic, and just flicking spells around because they do damage sounds like a PvP guild, at least to me. A paramlilitary faction at best.

Not getting involved in politics means that you are not supposed to ally with or oppose other factions. You must be politically neutral. And since Tarkuul was for a long time politically neutral I know what that means. It means you are not supposed to be an ally of Kohlingen, nor an enemy of Tarkuul (just an example). The moment you start playing that game, you are involved in politics. You may choose to ignore the politics, but the politics will never ignore you. Just like in RL. And then another point of your faction being unique is removed from the list of what you're offering.

And again, exactly what evil will it fight? Clean the evil monster spawns and try to clear them permanently?

Less knowledge and theory, it does not mean to toss spells all around you. Of course there will be knowledge and theory, one does not work without other, but not that much. Not just talking about it and that's the point.
About that, you do not have to toss spell only on Player. This will continue in your third question.

You can be ally of someone and not be part of his politics - you do not have to jump as he whistles.

Example:
Being part of -alliance- with Kohlingen. Will it contain help from one side or other, if one side will be attacked by someone? (Yes)
Example 2:
Being part of -alliance- with Kohlingen. If Kohlingen will attack someone (Cordor, Tarkuul, Wiltun, whatever), are Vigilant Protectors forced to help them? (No)
Why? Because they will -not- act without a good reason. Kohlingen can't be mad about it, because they will know about this. And it will not corrupt faction for being their puppets. If Kohlingen will attack someone for no reason - "They said that Kohlingen smells of fishes" - Vigilant Protectors will have NO reason to help them, because their conflict is not based on Evil/Heretical actions of attacked side. (In this case, Faction could turn the sides and help to "stop" combat without bloodshed.)
(These examples are fictional and have NO real basement. I play for Kohlingen, so it came to my mind as first.)

That means, everything is based on written contract. Also, Vigilant Protectors will try to stand as neutral as possible, within the limits of needed actions. (Of course they will support attack against devils and such, just because of their nature.)

Quote:
And again, exactly what evil will it fight? Clean the evil monster spawns and try to clear them permanently?

Players:
Mainly? Murderers, tieflings, half-fiends, drows, undeads, etc.
Secondly? "Lesser" criminals - thieves, villains, etc.

No action will be forced. That means, we will NOT enforce someone for being Tiefling and smite him on place where he stands. We will obey the laws and rules, to make sure
that we will not act against it. But once you are Tiefling, you are outcast. And that means, you can't suppose everyone will love you, right?

NPCs:
Smite and kill anything what smells of evil or can be dangerous for common folks.
Orcs, goblins, undead creatures, devils, demons, etc.

Simply, doing anything to protect common folks, that means mainly citizens, merchants and many others of this kind.(

I apologize but two things come to mind when I read about this faction and some of it's goals:

"Battle Not with Monsters, Least a Monster yourself Become...." -- Common quote from Nietzsche and I'm not detailing it in full here, but it's truthful. To simply war against monsters who are actively causing harm is one thing. It's important to mind that Helm is more a Guardian rather than a crusading sociopathic zealot.

Second: You say this is not a PvP faction , but the direction this faction sounds like it is headed in part lends towards that, whether you wish to or not. Some of your goals lend quite readily to violence, not just against NPC monsters and villains but against PCs as well.

I'm going to ask a favour of you as I mentioned in another forum thread: Read the Dresden Files books where the Knight of the Cross are found (Grave Peril is the first one). Micheal Carpenter especially makes a very good example of what a Paladin should be. Or, listen to it if Audiobooks are more your bag.

You sound like you want a faction which albeit unbound by politics still wants to good in the world. There is room for that, but you need to keep in mind Good is more than the innate opposition of evil.

I have a character concept that is built around the "Crusader Against All Evil" archetype, so I know exactly the difficulty that comes from such a stance in a PC-driven world like Amia. I can understand everyone's points about not making it a PvP faction, but I think maybe it'd be healthier to let the faction do what it's meant to do: stomp bad guys. Bad guys are supposed to be stomped (from the good guy's perspective) and good guys that go out looking for trouble will inevitably get stomped on just as much as a result.

From what I've seen, there's not a lot of PvP baiting going on between the opposite spectrums of the alignment axes. Rather than immediately worrying that that's what this sort of faction will become, I would encourage everyone to be open and just see what happens. If it turns out bad and PvP heavy, then so be it. That works for some groups and oftentimes factions take a different direction than initially intended. How this faction finds its niche on Amia will be determined just like any other faction that came before it: through RP. Having an idea is all a budding faction needs and I'm pretty sure this one has that.

So I say kudos for the initiative, Avenger! I look forward to seeing if my shiny paladin gets to interact with this group in some way.

I feel like I should also say that just because a faction is based around conflict with other PC's doesn't always mean that it's going to be PvP Heavy. And just because something is PvP heavy doesn't mean that it's inherently bad either.

It's not PvP that's bad, it's PvP poorly used as a tool for RP that ends up being bad. You seem to be a little defensive about the idea of having your faction associated with PvP, but I say that's fine. PC conflict is direly needed. And there are -so- many ways to responsibly undertake PC conflict (And even PvP) that I find it silly to feel worried about getting involved in it.

Always endeavor to be careful and considerate of other players involved. Always, always. But don't think that PvP is inherently wicked, bad, cheesy, etc.

I agree with Hackums here. Having an evil drow character I run around on I can tell you that PVP is not a bad thing. I have had truly inspiring encounters with goodly PC's that started with the threat of PVP and turned into great RP. This is not to say that a few of those weren't eventual PVP but the time was taken by all to really understand the situation and the PC's involved.

I think this is a good idea, I'll be PMing you now.

I must say, that I did not expect such reactions, thank you folks!

For Grymia:

I do not want to make this faction based ~only~ on making a crusade against evil. Yes, that is the main goal, but there are many ways, not just battling them.
For the Helm being Guardian. Yes, that's true and that's why I do not want to push anything to the limits of battle.

Example:
There will be a choice. Villain captured citizen (Typical, stereotypical, platitude for every comic book and such...) and wants to kill it. What will Vigilant Protector do?
Answer:
He will be forced, once more ~forced~ to do anything to protect citizen. There may be a risk like - villain escapes, etc. - but that is a necessary fact, that life of innocent have much greater value than life of villain. In this case, making sure that innocent person will be rescued and in one peace moved back to the city (home, palace, whatever), is the priority number one. Yes, if there will be possibility to rescue citizen and hunt down villain, it will be the choice. But as I said - life of innocent is priority number one.

Protect weak, poor, injured, young and do not sacrifice them to others or yourself. (Part of Helms Dogma)

In this case, causing a ~Holy Crusade~ against evil beings that are swarming all around the Amia will be some kind of offensive protection, that ~as I suppose~ is think, that will be more than supported by Watcher himself. ( Anticipate attacks and be ready - another part of Helms Dogma)

And now, to your second "question", about the PvP or non-PvP faction.
In my point of view, PvP is a natural and necessary part of RP as a whole. I don't know and that's only mine opinion - I do not enjoy drinking tea, talking about butterflies and throwing cotton candy on each other, laughing as a child to that and meanwhile being Helmite. (Or War Knight, Triadic Knight, etc.) -- This is not offensive against anyone! As I said, this is only my opinion and I do not enjoy this kind of roleplay.

Of course, we can't make it a rush only PvP guild, doing it in typical MMORPG style. (Kill everything on sight, teabag their bodies and then run away.) And I don't even want it.
One not named player offered me a "thanks" for mine harsh outburst on his character. And it was typical Good x Evil matter. No-one died, no PvP was there (even when I thought it will be), and we both were happy for that, how it was. Because that is a nature of roleplay and mainly roleplay as evil guy.
When you are playing Tiefling, usually you DO expect that someone will be against you. Be it paladin or old farmer, who is scared of that little devil with horns and tail.

Again, this is my opinion and I do not force this opinion to anyone.

I will make sure to write there more about the Vigilant Protectors, once I will receive my textbook back from work.

I'll acknowledge that Tieflings need to go into playing Tieflings expecting that things are gonna be ruff.

It'd help a lot in understanding why I see as I do when it comes to Paladin roleplay if you had read the Dresden books, but I'll TRY to give an idea here for you:

*Some Spoilers here , for those following the series I'm gonna TRY to not give spoilers but some things will need to get mentioned*

Micheal Carpenter is one of the Knights of the Cross I mentioned.. he's a goodly figure, Catholic, Devout, trying to get Harry to join him in Church but not pushing the matter harshly or judgementally. After Harry was all but forced into a deal with a powerful Fey Entity that after it's resolution would make him their Knight, who's prior examples all ended up monsters of the most preturbing calibre. In addition, Harry had been in earlier books infiltrated mentally for a time by one of the enemies that Micheal tries to fight. (The Knights of the Blackened Denarius, and the bound Fallen Angels within each of their coinbearers).

During one of Harry's more dangerous conflicts, Micheal had been very badly hurt (the term Ak-47 Burst that went up into him while being airlifted out come to mind?) and almost died, leaving behind a wife and a number of children.

In spite of this, Micheal has always been welcoming to Harry, offering him succor and shelter in his house, and also spiritual counsel and guidance. He has never judged Harry, nor condemned him. He's always carried himself politely even in the face of evil. And, at a key point in the most recent book , he even attempted to try to convince the main villain to give up their evil and offered redemption.

This main villain, incidentally to give a relative perspective without spoiling his actions was written as the flip side of Micheal Carpenter according to Jim Butcher, the author.

How this relates:

Harry was at least in his own mind well on the way to monsterhood, and yet what does Micheal do? Welcome him in.

How many Tieflings ICly chose to be Tieflings? How many are the product of unexpected circumstances? These are questions which should realistically be on a Paladin's mind.

We are in Forgotten Realms, Not Warhammer 40K. Those touched inadvertantly by the blood of Fiends both Chaotic and Orderly can be redeemed or at least shown a better way.

This discussion is a dead horse that has been beaten so often, that the poor thing is beyond regognition.

Paladin roleplay is defined by quite a few things, including the principles of the class, the dogma of their deity, the sect of their church, the position within the church, as well as their culture. What makes paladins very special is that they are blessed servants of their faith that are bound by principles of law and goodness, which grants them a special role among their community. I do not see anything that is incorrect in Holy_Anvenger's concept for this faction. Not having read the Dresden Files books, taking your word for it, I feel the following would be more correct regardless:

"Micheal Carpenter especially makes a very good example of what a Paladin should could be."

On Amia we have seen quite a few good examples of how different paladins can be. The fiery-hearted crusader type is a fully acceptable choice. There are many like-minded paladin orders spread across Faerun of that type. That path may have slippery slopes on either side, but the danger of ending up on those does not make the path itself unbefitting of a paladin. Especially as gods like Torm encourage that sort of paladin type, and celestials like Raziel the Crusader certainly give them an example to follow. Keldorn Firecam of the Baldur's Gate series is a good example.

Just as paladins who accept more political roles are fully acceptable. Piergeiron the Paladinson is the Open Lord of Waterdeep. He certainly is not the crusader type paladin, and taking upon himself the responsibilities of that position in a city filled of intrique, lies and subterfuge brings with it it's own slippery slopes. There is a very good reason why many states employ paladins as favored diplomats.

Then there are certainly enough paladins who devote themselves to championing for the poor, or seeking to help those who have strayed to attone. That has it's own slippery slopes. It could be showing mercy to someone, because you are perhaps to guilible to notice you are being played, and hence are allowing someone to go free unpunished or free with a less severe than warrented punishment. Which brings with it the danger that if that someone commits a crime, your paladin bears a certain responsibility. It also means that potentially you denied the victims justice.

There are paladins who take it upon themselves to champion righteous causes among communities that other paladins would only wrinkle their nose at in disgust. A paladin trying to work inside a somewhat tyranical society in order to safeguard the people and champion a better way, might run into the problems of perhaps unknowingly helping others to commit an attrocity.

Just curious. Say that a villain captured a farmer's daughter and wants to kill it. He also states that if you interrupt him, he will kill 10 other girls. What would a Helmite do?

Stop the villan from doing either, with deadly force if necessary? >.>

While I expect you meant you have to choose between the immediate, or the consequence of stopping the immediate, those loaded "choose between one undesired outcome or another perhaps even more undesired outcome" are best left ic, if it ever comes up, and if there would truly only be two choices.

Honestly? I do not know. He will take every girl in the surrounding areas to his castle. (Joke)
No, really, I do not know. These are the types of extreme situations that most of us gladly offer as question. But almost no-one can answer that.
My opinion. Rescue captured girl, try to hunt down mention villain and if he will be unsuccessful with the hunt, probably he would rally few more knights or guards to patrol streets more often, preferably around the houses that are known, that girls lives there. Meanwhile, he would still try to track down mention villain.

Sooo, here is the first idea of upcoming hierarchy within the faction:

Image

Order will be divided to three offshoots. Combat, Divine and Arcane.

In cases of for example Fighting cleric, fighting bard, etc. it will be individually discussed.

Recruit: Newly accepted individual, who wants to be part of Vigilant Protectors, directly to serve under the "Combat" offshoot.
Novice: Newly accepted individual, who wants to be part of Vigilant Protectors, directly to server under "Divine" or "Arcane" offshoot.
Recruit/Novice: Usually these persons will be in this state for one week IRL (it can be more or less, depends on activity)... Their duties are to help Sentinels, Zealots and Magicians with their work. They are ~not~ full members of the Order.

Combat: Both defensive and offensive power of the Order. These members serves as guards in the fortress. In battle, they are first in line and they are taking care of Divine and Arcane offshoot, to make sure they will not be harmed. They wear Black/Gold combination on their armors.
Divine: Defensive and supportive power of the Order. These members are meant to take care of wounded, sick and people in troubles. In battle, they focus on supporting Combat and Arcane offshoots, healing wounded for example. Also, they are "secondary" magical power in the battle, that means few of them are meant to cast offensive spells more than supportive. They wear White/Gold combination on their armors.
Arcane: Offensive and supportive power of the Order. These members are meant to take care of wards, both in fortress and battle. Primarily they are focused on magical assault against enemy, causing confusion and panic in their ranks. They wear Blue/Gold combination on their cloths.

Combat:
Sentinel - First Rank knight in the Order. They are fully accepted members of the order and are meant to patrol the fortress and surrounding areas while they are on duty.
Guardian - Second Rank knight in the Order. These are usually more experienced warriors and they are superiors for Sentinels. They, same as Sentinels, patrol both in and outside the fortress.
Templar - Third Rank knight in the Order. These members are the best warriors in the fortress. They are meant to protect everything within the fortress, and preferably dungeons, where only Rank 3 and above members and allowed to enter.

Divine:
Zealot - First Rank cleric in the Order. These members are meant to offer any medical care to other members of fortress or needed common folks, who will enter. Also, when they are in the fields, on a hunt or on a patrol, they are meant to offer help wherever it seems needed.
Warrior Priest - Second Rank cleric in the Order. These members are meant to support Combat members in the battle, with protective spells, healing spells and help them repair places of defense. They are some kind of a striking force, waiting behind the line of defenders and press the attack at the critical moments.
Bishop - Third Rank cleric in the Order. These members are meant to offer any help wherever they can. Be in the the fortress or outside it. They usually serves as commanders for Warrior Priests or Zealots, depending on their focus. Same as Templars, they are meant to patrol dungeons beneath the fortress, to make sure that defensive wards are still working.

Arcane:
Magician - First Rank spellcaster in the Order. These members are meant to offer defensive spells in battle, same as counter opposite spellcasters.
Arcanist - Second Rank spellcaster in the Order. These members are meant to offer offensive support in battle, same as counter opposite spellcasters. Together with this, they are meant to keep wards around the fortress in good shape, looking for any magical anomaly or hole in defense.
Magister - Third Rank spellcaster in the Order. These members are meant to offer both defensive and offensive support in battle, commanding arcanists and magicians aswell.
They are supposed to keep wards in dungeons and around the fortress in perfect shape.

Overseer:
They are always three. One for every offshoot. They are meant to be teachers and superiors for their offshoots, holding a full responsibility for their actions. They are taking care of recruits/novices and prepares plans for trainings, meetings and reports.

Grandmasters:
Same as Overseers, they are always three. They are heads of the Order, superiors to everyone. They form battle plans, adding names on "List of Justice" and observing training sessions. They do take full responsibility for every single member of the Order and fail of one member is fail for themselves. Also, they are meant to keep every single thing, that is in the dungeons, exactly on its place - away from sunlight, deep in the dungeons.

I like the concept...the name is a bit mainstream but not bad. I would go towards the something closer to the Order of the Radiant Heart namewise...not in structure though!

That's a good structure, but keep it in your pocket when you're just starting out.

My advice: don't start recruiting people and handing out those positions. Start out with just one commander and everyone else is made a follower (whatever you want to call them). If you start out with your hopes and expectations at ground level, you can't disappoint yourself in the future. If you keep going and get ten to twenty people, then you'll want to place that sort of structure. Otherwise it's all just needless and presumptuous and suddenly you're struggling to find novices because you haven't filled all the officer positions yet.

What Jes said. If you have 5 people.. have 3 ranks. If you have 10 people, have 4 ranks.

Also my warmest suggestion is to go for quality instead of quantity. You may have fewer people in your ranks, but they'll be awesome. Find a way to test them. Look for both IC and OOC behavior. I've seen factions die just because one player within it was a rotten apple.

This, and also this...

I have recently been somewhat involved with a quiet kick starter project to rekindle a faith based faction of sorts, a large part of the initial OOC discussion I was party to was all about ranks and titles I disagreed that this was a priority but time will tell how that works out. I understand the allure of setting on paper some fantasy TO&E (Table of Organisation and Equipment) because its empowering in a sense just like fantasy football makes people (mostly men go figure) feel like they are the ~real~ manager.

But IMO its counter intuitive to have such a rigid mindset that a large or complicated TO&E can inadvertently generate, better to all be "bods" and create ranks as the numbers require them.

Yep, I forget to write a last sentence to that post...

This concept is made only for future structure, once there will be more people, for now, it will be made with one leader and few others, not directly made in this way.
A long known phrase: ...It will need some time...

Anyways, thank you guys for suggestions! :)

If you wanted a military academy feel to it, one thing you could do with the mages is have a culriculum which is less on the theory of how magic works (Although obviously there would be a bit of it), but then more the application of magic in combat situations. So which spells are useable in which situations, how to combat enemy warriors, clerics and mages and individual training in "Battle magics". Then would come the next stage, the training alongside the combative elements of the order. Learning how best to use your capabilities alongside other disciplines.

Could be a niche which would attract people outside of the already established mage groups which on the face of it don't seem to cover that sort of thing on their curriculum. As an outsiders point of view, it seems Tarkuuls mages have more of a focus on Necromancy and the pursuit of knowledge which may not be entirely wholesome, whilst the Seven Stars seem to be more theory based with a focus on magical creations and development.

Exactly what Aurora said!

Anyways, I am accepting applications now, be it IC or OOC (OOC I mean questions about that etc.)

What you need?

Nothing. You can be level 1-30, it really doesn't matter.

What Alignment you need?
Good or Neutral

What Race you should be?
Human (Not Shadovar)
Half-Elf (Not Half-drow)
Elf (Not drow or Fey'ri, Shadow elf*, Snow elf*)
Dwarf (Not duergar)
Gnome (Not svirfneblin)
Halfling (Not goblin or kobold)

* - Can be discussed and it is not impossible to join with this "subrace", but it will require a much more RP

What class you need to be?

Fighter
Barbarian*
Druid*
Paladin
Cleric
Wizard
Sorcerer
Ranger
Rogue**
Bard
Monk

----
Prestige classes:
Knight Commander
Divine Champion
Dwarven Defender
Arcane Archer
Master Scout
Dragon Disciple*** (Metallic Dragon Disciple - Gold, Silver, Brass, Cooper, Bronze)
Weapon Master
Shifter*

* This is a difficult topic, so it will be discussed individually.
** Same as with Barbarian, this is a really difficult matter, so it will be discussed individually.
*** Others will be discussed. It is NO for chromatic dragons, shadow dragons, etc., but Song Dragon can be accepted.

What Deity should I have?
This is hard, really hard... It is better to be discussed right InGame.

So, after a long long time, when I was gone, I am finally back and with me comes Vigilant Protectors! (I mean, with Reynard, ehm... Nevermind...)

So, if there is anyone, who is interested in this idea (be it still or new guy), send me a PM or catch me in-game, so we can discuss this further!

I've got a Divine Champion looking for something to do. He's racially excluded by the OOC write-up, though. Might still be worth finding me IG though if you want to make a sales pitch.

I have a char in this same boat, if I can get around to playing him again. Cleric of a LN deity but racially restricted. Meeting IG sometime for RP would be fun! I just need to unbusy my schedule, just wanted to say something.
