*A man wearing a mask of a jackal, armor that seems to be related to the mulan people and a curved sword that lays between a scimitar and a longsword, is the new visitor of the living city. He doesn't speak common and only in mulan. His skin seems to be dark as the night, wearing golden bracelets and amulets. If addressed to, he would simply reply in mulan, not bothering self to explain about his presence or who he is. The man seems t be interested on Tarkuul's library.*

Each time he leaves Tarkull, he would check for arcane marks by using the proper spells. He would also use the PnP Obscure Object on all his visible gear and Undetectable Alignment on self as well.
