The letter is written in Draconic, all responses are Draconic.
Greetings Brothers and Sisters.
I hope whoever reads this is represented by one of Her five heads, lest you be a foul Metallic.
I am a disciple of the Green Ones. I am in need of one of my kin to aid me in flying.
Seek me in the forests, where I prey on Fey and Elves.
-Mirago Mossfoot
//Are there even any active Chromatic flyers?

A small note is added on the bottom.
If you manage to find one, point them to me as well.

A note, still in Draconic, is added to Vorel's:
Vorel'isk Shaji,
In the event of not being able to find one, care you to join me in trying to learn without aid?

I've had a few lessons, so I have the basics. We can try.
You can find me in the Triumvir.

In Tarkuul a brief response would be made..As Vorel'isk Shaji may have already informed you the property of the Living City is imbued with a Feather Fall spell, so even if you have to learn how to fly on your own the danger of injuring yourself is virtually non-existent. The two of you are welcome to practice flying in Tarkuul.

A reply in Draconic.
Dear kin,
I would like to join in the training and flight research. Tarkuul is one of the places I rest my feet and would be a good place for a gathering of sorts. Our numbers seem few at the moment and this would be good opportunity for us to work together, in perhaps other endeavours as well. Looking forward to your reply.

Dear Sel and Vorel'isk Shaji,
I'd be much glad to train alongside you both, and believe taking up Lucius' extended hand to train and research in the city of knowledge would be foolhardy to decline.
Perhaps we can head toward a meeting time and date?

*Scribbled in spidery handwriting below the original note
Dear Mirago,
I might be making my way to Tarkuul in 3 to 4 hours time from now. My travels are rather erratic but if I should make my way there, we could have a chat.

Two notes are left.
Dear Vorel'isk Shaji,
Though Selena's meeting was short notice, we'd love to talk to you, either together or individually.
We have good news.
-Mirago.
And the second.
Dear Lucius Blackwater,
When you are next free, I wish to ask for yours, or another's wisdom on The Dark Flight.
I hope to hear from you soon.
-Mirago.

You can find me in my office in the Tower of the Damned, or in the Court of the Undying. Come to me and we shall speak.

Visiting the Traveller's Lodge in Triumvir, Ronnie takes note of the responses posted to the green kin's request. She records each response, the names listed, their 'color' and desired location. (Excluded is the responses from Lucius as those are only in Tarkuul) She then takes this information to Oakmist Grove and waits for either Malandria or Crow to appear, not trusting to leave it lying around to become lost or stolen.

A response is left in Draconic in the Triumvir:
Io's blessings, distant Kin. I am steel scaled Dragonwrought and do not wish you, nor any Metallics, any ill will. If you still wish a tutor, seek for me in the mountains of the Frozen Far.

At the Triumvir:
"Dear Qeelak.
I would be happy to train alongside you. Though that said, I always thought Dragonwroughts were your more yippier cousin's tales of Draconic heritage boasting.
I do hope that meets with no offense, only I've only heard of your kin through myth.
-Mirago."
