despite inputting the correct ID and Key it tells me that my combination is invalid, any help?

Try a couple of times. I found that it didn't work the first two times... And it's best to double check that 0's are not being typed as O's.

Attempted again and again, still the same results, even changing number sequence 0's to O's didn't work.

I've had trouble like this in past too. I've found making a new character and using their key number usually works. Just name it test character and archive it.
