As of the last security meeting, it has been decided that the Living Guard will maintain a listing of citizens and visitors that are willing to defend or assist the City in times of need, even should they not have the time or inclination to join the Guard formally. By submitting your name, you agree that should you choose to participate in the City's aid or defense, you will obey the Living Guard chain of command at all times during the action. If your pride prevents this, then you are better staying out of the way of military endeavors. Note that this record is entirely confidential, so that we know who to contact during emergencies, or for opportunities for compensated mercenary work. This is not an obligation, and you are free to turn down the invitation if or when the time comes.
