Halecta wrote: The only people that generally go to B are close nit cliques involved in some plot, if your not involved there is almost nothing else to do there but epic loot farm. Not accurate in my experience. I havent interactions with all but I mainly see Underdarkers (by the House names), Wiltun folks, War Knights and Dwarves. I cant speak much for Underdarkers, but for the others, you dont need to be involved in any plot to join the fun.

I think the issue with B is the fact that there aren't many cities for people to congregate in. There's the UD, which is for a niche group of players. There's Barak Runedar, which is for dwarves. There's Wiltun, but that's a fortress and pretty limiting on the RP to be had there.
On A, there is Kohlingen, Cordor, Wharftown, Tarkuul, Uhm, Bendir Dale. All of those are fairly diverse in the types of characters to be played there.

I dont dispute the rest of the post, and cannot speak for the other areas, but but both IG and in the forums an effort to make Barak more welcoming to all types, and not only dwarves, should be emphasized. Especially after the lift on racial gates, as long as your character is not visible bannable, and behaves within the laws, liberties given, ther is RP to be had there by anyone.

That's true, but it's like Winya Ravana for the elves. Other races are welcome in the outer portion of the city, but they don't often go.

I would say more like Bendir, as Dwarves are fervorous traders, while the Wynia elves arent.

I would say more like Winya, as Barak Runebama isn't smack dab in the middle of the island.

Oh yeah, that is true. I meant more economically/politically wise. As for location, yes, it is very lonely because even tho there is a good "hunting/patrolling" area nearby, there are so many accesses (Underport, Shadow PLane, etc), meaning the folks who frequent the Brog usually dont even pass by BR.

I think LL means the antechamber at the "Mysterious Ruins" by Green Lake? I'd heard a mention that it had vanished.

The one I used specifically because other people didn't seem to know about or go there, if they did.

But now people who didn't know about it are going to go see what the hell we're talking about! Hrmph.
I guess it's okay. I knew I was going to LOSE ANOTHER AREA LOVE in this purge. It just... it's still so fresh, this wound.

We can neither confirm nor deny the existence of any such 'antechamber.' What is likely to have been experienced is some sort of hallucination due to preexisting hallucinogenics in the atmosphere.

Most of Winya and a lot of the Seven Stars already knew abbout that place, Letum. It's not much of a spoiler.

It's not them I'm worried about. Seven Stars never comes out of their silly tower, anyway. The point was that the general populace didn't seem to know/go there often. CouncilofAutumn wrote: !!! I actually just noted down where Letum tended to hang around when I was deciding which areas to remove.

That's a smart way to go about it, Suney. I vote we make it the official method of choosing which areas to remove.
