In Cordor, Malus would still be waiting Andrew and those from the Blue Star Academy to give him lecture about the history of Cordor so then he could apply to be a citizen. Until that, he would be taking with the local butchers, knowing their suppliers and such.
In the orphanage, if allowed by the representatives, Malus would perform charity, supplying them with food and meal. Time to time he would be visiting the place, talking with the cookers and mostly the kids. He would tell them good stories about knights and ladies, disciplined warriors, dragons, monsters and heroes. At the end, he would explain the meaning of each story, about the importance of obeying the law, having discipline, to respect the elders and each other and their new family. Also that having fear is not what makes you weak, that there is no shame to be afraid or having fear. That it’s important to keep us alive and wise to fight another day. Malus would always be using of his persuasive skill over them, injecting suggestions and thoughts.

Hearing of this man's interest - if indeed he has expressed it publicly - Joon sends him a brief notice to come meet him in the library some evening after classes and arrange for tutoring. He asks that Malus fill in the citizenship form to the best of his ability in advance.

Malus has sent his Citizen application to Andrew Fryar and now he waits for a reply. Until there, his presence in the orphanage and hospice seems to be increasing.
Orphanage
Malus would manage to find those tough and fearless boys and would be working on them time to time. He would show to the owners of the orphanage he's capable to teach those disobedient boys the proper discipline. Whenever they're not looking, Malus would manage to persuade the kids and even use of Fear if they disobey his commands. However, as a good father, Malus would also recompense those following his commands.
Hospice
Malus would present himself to the local representatives, offering his healing skills to deal with those in a great need. He would study each infirm, trying to track how badly they are mentally.

Malus would continue his walks in Cordor, bringing food to the kids in the orphanage, telling stories and lecturing them about the world and things related to His dogma, but not openly yet.

Orphanage
The orphanage would receive a fine painting, made by a drow named Aghasi. It represents a bald man with a long brown beard in a majestic posse, looking over the horizon with one foot over a large rock. His fine clothes and beard seems to flow as if from a light breeze. His expression is hard and tenacious, followed by a red sky. Written on the large rock under his foot lays something tiny and in a different language no so visible. There is also a mighty morningstar attached to his belt with a few letters on its hilt. And a large blade could be half spotted at the other side of his waist. Wearing a fine dark grey overcoat, red pants and dark boots, the mighty man is looking toward the horizon. One could see him smiling warmly, others would think as a sadistic one.
"The good benefactor of the orphanage", the workers would say, wondering when he would return with his special meat deliver. And the kids would be missing his teachings.... or not.

Malus would reach the Commonwealth Center and talk to a representative of the Census Bureau, looking for the number of humans and sub races living in Cordor.
//If a DM could please send me a PM about it, I would appreciate.
