Perhaps if we worked together we would invoke something other then the usual Celestial Avenger that frequents my summoning circles. With proper permission from the guard and perhaps even a law knight to watch us, we could broaden the range of monsters to summon?

We only need to ask for permission from the Commonwealth and Lieutenant Aurelius, I believe.

I see it as an excellent way to promote magic OUTSIDE of the Seven Stars Academy everybody points to. A way to prove that the Commonwealth have aspiring magicans, too.
