I am new to Cordor, but I did read the tablets of the law and no one looked at me twice for having horns and such till I returned to Cordor from my first adventure on your island. A man in blueish wizard robes claiming to be one of your gaurds starting poking fun at me for being a tiefling and he went so far as to poke me in the chest saying Tieflings were nothing but robbers and murderers. I may be new here , but is this the type of gaurd you should want to hire? I would just like to suggest you hire a non racist open minded person with only a concern for the law and not his weak minded racist prejudices.
