House to share in Kholinghen

I, Sumana Dibtiiri have finally been able to rent an available house in this fine City and, since houses seem to be a rare commodity I wish to offer a few people the chance to have a roof over their heads since I don't need all that space only for myself.

Conditions:

1) Must be a person with a pure heart. Any Tielfings, Demonkin, Evil Dragonkin, Followers of Evil gods or anyone I judge remotely mischievous who I judge too mischievous will be unnaccepted, or if accepted and I find out later, will be smited out of the premises by Holy Guards I'll immediate call for reinforcements.

2)If the person passes rule number one, I offer a humble, friendly environnment where we can each do our share to make our Haven a pleasant and enjoyable place to live in. I like cats and dogs as long as they're potty trained.

3)I agree to take TWO tenants, and will pass a brief interview of each canditate. The rent amount will be proportionate to the means of the tenant. It basically means you pay what you can. Supervised donations to the Churches of the Triad or Bahamut can be accepted payments also.

4)I'm looking forward to meeting those two new friendly friends with whom we'll share OUR house. The design isn't finished yet so we can decorate and furnish it together if you like.

I need to meet you when you have the time. It isn't exactly about this request for tenants, but depending what develops in our meeting, it could be related. I believe we met at Barak Runedar a few times. I'm Tom Kolwer, paladin-aspirant and servant of Bahamut.

You didn't specify any place where you could be found but I am usually at the Shrine. If I don't happen to be there, try on a later time. Or leave a note.
