Since resist poison and resist disease are now default attributes, what are the requirements for perfect health now that it does not ahve the CON requirement?

Resist Poison/Disease only gives you bonuses to resist, not immunity like Perfect Health.

I'm fairly certain it can only be taken on an epic dwarven defender feat level.

Anyone can take Perfect Health with the normal pre-reqs, however, a Dwarven Defender in epic levels can take it and ignore all pre-reqs.

Yeah, it's been around as long as the bonus Resist Poison/DIsease feats DD gets here. I forgot to list it in the Class/Feat Changes topic, though... updated it now.
