Dear friends of nature,
for a long time now I have been offering my classes to the members of the Grove of Oakmist Vale. My classes are of course nature related, but not all who share our love for nature have the desire to join a group or perhaps would rather first know some more about the Oakmist Vale.
As of now, I will offer my classes for all those who are friends of nature and are not of evil intend. As classes are best held in small groups, though I am not against invididual teachings either, please just leave me a message in the Grove and we can find an appropriate time together.
The classes I currently offer for public are:
Advanced Shapeshifting - 1000faces
Prequisites: You need to have some basic knowledge about altering your forms already as a shapeshifter or druid. I will not teach those who have a keen interest in undead forms.
Emergency Healing - First Aid
This class is about the mundane healing methods. Treating poisoning, diseases and wounds with non-magical treatment.
Wilderness Survival
A survey of survival skills needed to survive the Amian Wilderness year round. This includes hunting and how to hunt properly.
The Druidic Path
Oaths, Lifestyle, the different druidic gods and how to use druidic magic to protect nature.
Herbology
Which plants can be found on the isle and around and what they can be used for. Also the proper treament of the plants and how to ensure the plants to not get destroyed in the process.
Living in and with the forest and its history
This is a class for all those who always wondered why the Oakmist Vale Grove has and enforces certain "laws or rules" in the forest. I am aware many of you consider some of them only a reason for us to boss you around. However, I can safely say such is not our reasoning at all and each of our "rules" has a very logical and important reasoning behind it. If you truly care and wish to know, this is your chance to find out and also bring up your own arguments if you feel some of them may be wrong.
I will teach those who show honest interest in nature and the wilds. I will not each those who serve the Furies or Talona. There are many other vile gods whose followers I would not teach, however I can savely say they clearly fall under the category of having malign intend for the forest and the people and animals within. I will teach drow as long as they are confirmed by the Shrine of Eilistraee.
