Town Criers within Kohligen would begin to rattle off the latest proclomaition from the powers that be in Kohligen.


On this day, the 21st of Flamerule, Justicar Marinsbane has decreed that:

Following the attempted infiltration of the Triadic Knights by agents of the Risen City any and all persons who serve the Risen City are henceforth banned from Kohligen's walls. Those found within the walls of the Holy City, that serve the Risen City, will be detained as war criminals and taken for thorough judicial processing administered by the justice system of Kohligen.

Furthermore; those that originate from the Shade Enclave are also banned from the Holy City. Should any be found within the wall of Kohligen they will likewise be taken for judicial processing and detainment until further notice.

//OOC: If you have Shadovar in your subrace field you now require DM supervision to enter Kohligen, the same goes for known members of Onyx Syndicate/Magisterium Mortis/Living Guard/Rulers of Tark!
