i have been trying to find out what to do with the things cep23 andthis one you need for here but don't know how can anyone help me

We don't actually use the CEP files here, so don't worry about those

CEP sucks because it adds way too much useless crap.

Amian hak got made because the devs wanted to pick each and every last thing that went into the hak. Likely also getting weighed if it's worth getting into Amia, VS potential drawbacks.

ok i got that one but where do i put it

Haks all go into the the subfolder called "hak", which you'll find inside whatever folder you installed your NWN game into.

There's also a .tlk file. Make sure you put that one in the tlk subfolder, not the hak subfolder.
