Uhhh what? My Monk has 50 AC from her WIS bonus and Monk bonus AC and she evades things just fine. Lower levels I never saw a problem. Could be the bad guys are just rolling 20s, so auto-hit.

What level monk?
Are you flat footed?
What's your build?
what are you fighting?
you gave us zero information.

Minos have a fairly high APR (attacks per round), and they hit extremely hard when they hit. A level 11 Monk is still fairly bad at inflicting pain on those high HP monsters, even your AB is insufficient to make them hurt. Soloing minotaurs at level 11 Monk is silly no matter how many potions you guzzle. The solution is: get a party or GTFO!

I did have a party, and still dosnt explain how a mino rolling a 12 for a total of 30 is hitting a 44-46 ac where is that extra 14 to 16 ab or me losing ac coming from or going?

It is. They hit frequently and a swarm of minos is sure to roll a 20 every now and then.
Oh, so it's a mechanics error. Were you fighting this minotaur toe-to-toe when it occurred? Are you sure of the time? Was there more than one minotaur attacking you?
The battlelog is rarely wrong, but it can be messy when you are targetted by a lot of things simultaneously. That is, the effect of the successful or unsuccessful hit may not always be shown subsequently in the log because of other mess taking place at the same time.
Sorry for not paying proper attention to what you were asking. I blame that on tipsies.

I was getting owned with one on one and in a group, I saw the 20s, and understood those, but if they rolled anything between a 10-20 I was getting hit, all they seemed to need was a 30 or higher to hit me
and I was differently in constant combat...

And you're absolutely positive you were immobile, toe-to-toe, actually punching at the targets when this occurred? Because if you were e.g. simply running backwards a bit to fix your position in combat, the minos would've gotten to hit you flat-footed, which lowers your AB by the number of your DEX modifier plus Dodge AC.

Dunno. Circle Kick tends to be very buggy. I seriously doubt your problem has to do directly with Monk AC. Indirectly through the bugginess of Circle Kick possibly. That, of course, has to be fixed.

You could've lost all of your dodge AC with the lack of Uncanny Dodge I from Circle Kick, since it's very likely to make you flat footed.

Circle kick was implemented horribly. For one thing, you switch targets a lot with it. It's a monk feat no monk should ever take.

It shouldn't, but it often does, I believe.

Flatfooted happens any time you fall out of combat. Which happens whenever your monk tries to circle kick something that's out of range. Which is... 80% of the time with Circle Kick. The same thing can happen with Cleave too. This is especially likely with big chunky monsters like minotaurs.
If you're being swarmed with minotaurs, who seem to have 3 or 4 attacks per round, I can see how you get mutilated. Battle goes extremely fast in NWN when a round is only 6 seconds.

Related only to Selmak's post. I thought we couldn't make custom combat mode feats like Expertise, Power Attack Etc O.o I kinda download this and tear it apart to see what he did.
