Bobo! The lead-up was deliciously tense and the payout was a mix of terrifying, exhilarating and generally just magnificent. I'm pretty sure we all enjoyed it. Hope I have a chance to see more of this stuff in future!

I wanted to thank the Dungeon Master and general staff of Amia for their hard work toward bringing everyone here a better experience while, simultaneously, having to tolerate objections to those efforts. I know that it has to be draining and discouraging, but I hope knowing that at least one player appreciates your time and energy helps alleviate some of said negativity.

We can always fall back to suspension of disbelief and just know that there are always some places left off camera, but it is nice and does help when those places can be on camera as well. The effort put forth to do such is noted and appreciated.

Congratulations to those designing the new lower level weapons. It's nice to see magical bonuses aligned to storyline and it's the small push in the back the lower levels needed.

Not sure what sparked this in my mind. It's really easy to complain about changes and aspects of the server (which I do, and vocally) but not as easy to pick out things you like. I thought I'd go ahead and list things I love about the server.

Class changes, level cap, spell changes, summons and general server balance: Excellent. Love it all.

Gear and Mythal system: thank you for not trying to be a gimmicky low-magic hardcore realism server. I love the variety of the items, love the mythal system, love finally having that gearset fall into place. Love being able to make sets for different situations.

Subrace system: Variety is amazing. It's a little weird seeing "uncommon" races pop up commonly, but I've come to appreciate the humor of Amia being an island of misfits. Really cool to be able to differential your character, even as a "generic" human.

Dream Coin system: Love the sheer variety in custom goodies I've seen. I know first hand how much work it takes to do those things for the players. And I can only -imagine- the paper trail in the DM forums that they have to deal with.

Portal Wands and Leylines: Very lovely addition. I don't really like boring travel RP, and it's nice to just be able to go places and get to the important stuff.

Plot Intricacy: I'm admittedly a bit critical of how plots are handled. But then I take my own experience and multiply it by the size of the playerbase these guys have to handle. The amount of complexity and detail that goes into some of the storylines is pretty remarkable, even if they don't always go smoothly. DMing for most players is akin to herding angry cats while juggling wolverines.

So yeah. Stuff and things.
