*missives are left with the guards of most surface towns of Amia to be posted on local notice boards, a notable exception would be Tarkuul* Dear Citizens of (respective town of Notice);
It has come to the notice of many of the Church of Lathander, Chapel of Lathander, Cordor Chapter, that we are still, after nearly eight months, being mistaken for the -former- Dawnguard, a secular order with no Church Sanctioning. The Dawnguard was officially disbanded on the 7th of Eleasis, DR 1379, for many reasons that will not be shared publicly.
A few facts about the Dawnguard and what makes the Church different.
The Dawnguard was a secular order, though comprised of mainly Lathanderans and based loosely on Lathander's Dogma, it was not a Lathanderan Order, nor sanctioned by the Church. At the time of its disbanding it consisted of a variety of religions, some members even being allowed to be faithless.
The Church of Lathander is a different entity all together, we strictly adhere to Lathander's dogma and teachings, We are an active chapter of the official church of Lathander. You won't find any faithless or those of different faiths among us, we are only Children of the Morninglord. Our duty and desire is to see to the peoples of Amia, encourage growth, renewal, hope... in all we encounter. Foster hope through charity and deeds. Provide the means to achieve or strive towards self-perfection, in deeds and attitudes.
Morninglord's blessings to all, ~Dawnmaster LlinyarriiLathander's Dogma: Strive always to aid, to foster new hope, new ideas, and new prosperity for all humankind and its allies. Perfect thyself, and guard ever against pride, for it is a sacred duty to foster new growth, nurture growing things, and work for rebirth and renewal. Be fertile in mind and in body. Consider always the consequences of thine actions so that the least effort may bring the greatest and best reward. Wherever you go, sow seeds of plants, tend the growing things you find, and plant seeds of hope, new ideas, and plans for a rosy future in the minds of all. Whenever possible, see each dawn.

A note is sent to Dawnmaster Llinyarrii. Quote: Dawnmaster Llinyarrii,
I would like to offer you to come and aid the rebuilding of Guldorand. We are currently working to do this and can enjoy all the aid we can, particularly defenders of the workers from the attackers that send undead and hellballs into the town.
Be advised this may make anyone that is helping a target for such attacks however.
I feel it only proper to warn you of such dangers.
Citizen Artum Tauri

*a note penned back to Artum*
Citizen Tauri,
I would like to speak to you further on this, in more detail. You can find me most oft in the Chapel in Cordor, since my return. If perchance I am not there, Father Redweth can most likely direct you to me, or my home.
Morninglord's blessings, ~Dawnmaster Llinyarrii
