Alright, currently, I've taken all of the feats required to become a weapon master except for Whirlwind Attack, which requires 13 intelligence. At the time of my characters inception however, I idiotically only made it 10. So, is it possible to increase my intelligence score through an item with a permanent enchant, and then take the whirlwind attack feat pending my next level up? I'm pretty nubby when it comes to D&D mechanics.

No, you have to have base stat 13.

EDIT: Yeah, I just realized I was missing Expertise, too. I definitely should've planned out my character progression from the start. Alas, I was a nub. Still, I appreciate the help.

You can always request a rebuild using DC's if you feel you've really shot yourself in the foot. You can decide what that would constitute IC for your RP, but I believe our DM's are sympathetic to build mistakes made from just not being aware.

I definitely hope I'll be able to correct this without too many ramifications. It's really my fault that it happened, my math is pretty terrible. So if the change constitutes RP reasoning, then that's fine with me. It's reasonable for them to want me to. :/
