I regret to inform you that there has been a great deal of tampering with decrees of the academies as well as those of the temple and the Qu'ellars. This sort of activity should not be tolerated. Anyone that witnesses such activity shall report to your academy head with a full discription of the offender. It will be up to the academy leader, Yath or the council of the ilharess depending on who the decree came from to set the punishment of the offender.
