The pale skinned elf with an equally light tint of hair approached the notice board with large steps making the best use of his long legs. Dressed in a black and white motley and around the lower half of his face a similarly coloured shawl with a squared pattern. He quickly tacks his notice on the board before turning away from the seaside. Quote: Witnesses Sought! I am looking for the Witnesses that were present in the Arena or the Eastern Square on the 23th of Uktar.
There was a Man I challenged to a Game of Hopscotch. In stead of playing he assaulted me not once but tried a Second Time after I was once killed and thankfully raised from the Cold. My Attacker was a Man in the Armour of the Triad Knights.
I seek anyone that knows this man or the Name he bears

I would like more information on this matter aswell. If the accuser or any of the witnesses could find myself or any of the Knights and give a full report, it would be appreciated.
If this man is truely one of our own, then we must know all the details, in the name of Justice.

He would flutter in with long strides making the full use of his legs. The shawl, apparently gained in length overnight, following his wake. He'd glance over the replies to take them off the board. "[Elven] He needs be named before I can take steps next." He'd shake his head already walking back towards the city but carefully pocketing the notes for later use.
