Sir Today a Cordorian guard came by with some people she had killed who apperently tried to kidnap her and a Tempurian in Amia Forest. She claimed them to be slavers. As it didn't take place on Dale Lands, I told them we couldn't take them. I did however take detailed descriptions of each individual unhooded, and their physical appearance at the time of death. Hey Lyam,
According to the new law, nobody's supposed to be loitering outside. There was a big crowd when I went out there and I reminded everyone of the new law. Everyone but the War Knight named Kex all went inside the gates. He started calling me names and then threatened to kill me. He drew his sword and stood imposingly over me and called me a spineless coward because I wouldn't fight him. He said "Tempurian Law" gives him permission to kill me for rejecting the challenge of a duel or something. I went inside the gates before he could. For all I know, he might still be out there.
I have witnesses, too.

Hey Lyam,
Got another problem folk. Lady by the name of Jamila likes to set up her tents and paintings and signs outside our walls to do business. She's been told about a hundred times that we have merchant stalls for that kind of thing and so she can follow the new law. She claimed to be following the new law because she wasn't right outside the gate, but she was only right next to the cart drivers on the other side. I told her that moving inside is safer for her and she said she doesn't need our safety. She went on and on about gold she's bringing into our town, but I don't know anything about that. Then she ridiculed the Dale by sayin' that nobody's there unless she's around. I told her I didn't believe her because I'd been there all day partying with Kirby and some others. She got real cold like and asked if I was calling her a liar. So I said yeah, because I saw firsthand. Then she stormed off with her friends (one of which was tossing insults at me and the Dale too) saying some threats about how I chose my fate by calling her a liar.
Crow witnessed it all.

Earlier today I encountered a brownie whose protector is a treant.
That treant has been standing around in Bendir Dales, probably asleep as a dwarf came by and started poking it.
I advised him not to do that, explained him what a treant is and warned him not to anger the creature, but the dwarf was either drunk or immensly stupid and in front of me, an elven archer Lorindiel Han'Denargoth and her pixie friend Trill. The three of us stood in the trees defence as the dwarf threatened it verbally. He said he was 'looking for a challenge or something to chop down'. After having thrown a couple of eggs at the treant, being encouraged in the meantime by a halfling he managed to anger the treant. After that he attacked and defeated it.
Shortly after being told what he had done, he had apparently no realt idea what a treant is, a pixie named Daisy atacked him, enraged about what he had done. He killed her either. Giving his name to me freely he claimed to have dealt no real damage and that 'everything would be okay'.
The dwarf's name is BULI PHASA. He has white hair and beard, with a touch of gray in there I think. He wore leather clothing at the name and was drunk, how drunk I can't say. He could speak without muttering or confusing terms, so I believe in dwarven standards he was sober. Also, as the events happened near the graveyard on top of the hills, the bendir guards didn't see us and couldn't interact. I myself was powerless to defend the treant.
I would ask of you to keep an eye out for him, should he enter the woods and start wreaking more havoc than he had done in Bendir. Also I would ask of you to inform the Bendir's authorities as I cannot, being a drow and still frowned at in the Dales.
I do not know the brownies name but I have to say that the way the elven woman, Lorindiel defended the treant with her life, and deserves recognition in my opinion.

As harvest season approaches, the quiet aasimar Talyne is seen quite often behind the halfling village, helping tend to the gardens. Every other day, like clockwork, she greets the rising sun, and goes to each little garden, giving them the blessings of the goddess Isis. Occasionally she'll stoop to yank a weed, or conjure a small rain cloud if the plants look a little parched. She never lingers in any one garden too long, not wishing to appear as though she is intruding on the hard-working halflings. Once her rounds that day are done, she is found sitting by the fountain, nursing a crystal tumbler of brandy.

So i try help her fights deem.Plave got killed by one picking on swurfy.Plave come to knight have bullies in pile asking who was me.I telled her then see swurfy there no know why?So i fallow she take them to gaurd he says no not bendier lands.Then she take to Corridor captain he say not corridor lands not corridor problem.So she send them boat to kolahagin Paladine City or whatever.No tell plave why swurfy there plave try fallow boat man say no....Plave take next boat and they gone swurfy no slaver or atleast not dis time.Other ones maybe no know even though not happen dale lands it not right to set up right outside and turning a blind eye to justice wrong.This women try right thing and all tell her no.

Today is the sadest day i have ever witnessed in the dale.To start my day i was sitting waiting in the tournament of champions scring my soon to be daughter breazy's training.The captin of the gaurd Pil took my daughter to a place she could not protect her and got them both killed.I had to leave the tournoment to go rescue both her and Pil.As capyin of the sheilds Pil has told us all to take no action without backup.Then as the day progressed Lt.Snobbies tried to remove people beyond his ability without even asking the 5 or 6 other hin to help and got killed.Then in a heroic effort libba went to save him with no backup and got killed watching the other two's folly waldo a new member of the sheilds did the same and got killed.Forcing me and my daughter to ressurect them all after the assialents fleed.Then I decided to get some sleep i woke up and walked to the gate to see how things where going and seen alot of people on the hill when i went up i seen them standing over drow bodies.I asked waldo and libba to let me studie the drow anatomies and they said no. So i tried despretly for studing one would let me see the sorce of there resistance to spells and again waldo said no.So i tried to flee to the forest of dispair with one to studie it.Waldo and a unknown woman fallowed.Then waldo proceeded to cripple me!a kin someone who has saved him and him me.The unknown woman cast magics apon me that made me helpless to do anything and then they took the body ported back to the dale leaving me crippled and helpless to die.The beasts seeing my weakness where apon me in an instant.Then i woke up in my studie where i bound my life in case of death.I was enraged i immediately went after waldo the unknown woman again stepped in but i was successful in my vengance dispite her efforts.Then after i raised my freind waldo or ex-freind as it may be from the dead as i do not permanatly kill kin or leave them dead he attacked me again.So i killed him again then was again attacked with magic from the unknown woman and knocked unconscious.When i came to libba was standing over me and my daughter helped me up.Then as it was libba forced me to return to my home.Fallowed by the unknown woman who said she is the one who disabled me not waldo but i know from passed beatings from waldo that his crippling strikes are just that crippling.

Bunch of slavers showed up last night in the forest to the north and was said to be beating someone up. Libba, Cassie, Breazy, and me were preparing just in case they moved on to the Dale. Met the group of about six slavers near the carts. I told them to leave, that the militia was on its way out. They said they was just passing through, so I telled them to stow their weapons and pass on by. They listened and did so.
Someone went to spy on them slavers and saw they was setting traps out in the fields to the south and preparing for a big fight. So I set a bunch of traps on the hill and we waited. Sure enough, one of them showed up with a deader summon with him. I telled him to go back the way he came, but he didn't listen. He died on my traps. Two of his friends showed up to save him. One of them was killed by Cassie's silver dragon and the other killed hisself on my traps too.
We waited for the other three to come to rescue them, but them cowards ran off and left their dead with us. We found a couple of them Triad Knights and gave the slaver bodies to them. Roim started some shit about wanting to do magic stuff on the dead bodies but I telled him no. He tried to escape with one of them slaver bodies but I followed. I punched him in the mouth and took the body back and gave it to them Triads.
We learned later that them dumb Triads let the slavers get away.

Elor, in passing trough Bendir Dale, notices the notice and takes note. After only a few moments of reading he begins to squint and sigh, commenting to nobody in particular..
"Is it truly too much to ask for proper use of grammar, vocabulary and formatting? This is just.. painful to read."
He struggles on, and after having read the notice trough entirely he puts up a note of his own.
So, this one tried to -steal- a drow -corpse- away for -study-, and when he was prevented from doing so he -killed- his so-called friend. If I'd walk around wearing nothing more but a pink loincloth and a chicken on my head, throw sugarred apples at all two-legged creatures and declare myself "Lord of the Pinky Belly" I'd still not be nearly as insane as those who consider murder and more murder to be a perfectly normal and valid response to even the slightest disagreement. At the least, I'd be amusing.
Sooner or later, Kelemnvor is going to get quite enough of people constantly fugue-hopping. Maybe he'll go and set a law that would deny any raises or resurrections to bring someone back to life for a year. In fact, he -should-. And when he does, this island is going to be a lot emptier.
This is absurd.

Mez was gonna carry da corpse for da knights since Waldo told dem dey could haf du two corpses for burial. Den when da portal opened, da corpse was gone along wit alot of oders. Mez jus stand der in disbelief fer da while den all of sudden da corpse was back, along wit a few oders. Mez den with wif da knights carrying da one drow corpse fer dem. Du stoopid knight led us all ofer, cause she not know her own place. Mez not sure how da knight got to be da knight if she not know her own place. If mez in charge, mez make you stable hand tell youz learn da place.

Today there was a hinfolk (least he says he's hinfolk) by the name of Esper (name given to me, not confirmed). He was asked to remove his helmet as per the law, and he refused. He was told about how the law applies to everyone and he still refused. He then proceeded to sit down on the benches and loudly mouth off about Bendir Dale and its militia to try and provoke me. Instead of punching him like I wanted to, I came in here to write this instead.

A relieved ghostwise hin then walks back to the dale and leaves a note...
"The missing crop is not due to any blight or disease.. that I could detect anyway... with winter coming the loss of crop is troubling I intend to keep an eye on the orchards from now on
eilora of the green children"
with that the hin returns to the orchard and sits under a tree while she lets her wolf sniff around the orchards.. she seems intent to stay there overnight with her wolf

Crow would investigate the area, noting any tracks, and following them if he can.
He does patrols in the area, keeping an eye out for torn corpses...and signs of the carnival leader as well.

Alongside Crow, or on his off times, his wife keeps vigil over the orchard, hunkered down in her frost-dragon armour, just waiting for the critter to come back. Especially at night, the red pinpoints of her eyes can be seen watching over not only the trees, but anyone who comes near.

Krugan hearing this will leave word with Lyle that he will aid the Dale.
He will then take to cloaking himself in shadow near the bridge, waiting and watching for the creature figuring it is coming from that direction as the carts are the other way and most likely would make the giant circus ape he figures is the cause avoid that path.
If he catches sight of the creature, he will make move to set down an epic snare trap, using his ring of Rogue's cunning and his HIPS so that when the creature comes down from the tree to the ground, it will trigger the trap.
The trap is designed to stun and incapacitate, not harm. He will also keep with him at least 10 hemp robes of the strongest caliber he can find tucked in his bags of holding along with 10 tanglefoot bags and 10 choking powders.
He will make sure nobody else will set off the trap if at all possible and should the creature evade the trap without setting it off, he will remove it and try again based on how the creature reacts.

Just thought I should inform folk of a rather odd sight. There was a badger in town with a sign written of blood stating the word "TRADE". It seemed to have several mythal gems and apparently a few other items it was only "trading". I'm not sure who the badger belongs too, but figured it was odd behavior of a badger. Also figured it may be some ploy of a person or persons not allowed in the Dale in order to gain access indirectly?

Today, Sally came across a hin that was spying on the Dale for his 'Master' Later this evening, Libba, Willie and I found this hin again, But lost track of him after a while, I was about to walk to the forest before I found Libba and Willie cornering him, I decided to try and scare him into talking, barely got anything out of him before I decided to let him go, He is a hin, Wearing black studded leather armor, black cloak and masked hood, Goes by the name of Khief and talks in third person.

Some bastards attacked hinfolk and bystanders inside and outside the gates.
Terro, a priest who wears adamantine-looking stuff.
Asmodai, or sometimes Spence, dark clothes.
Card, a druid.
The last two took money from Terro to attack us because he was booted from the Dale for mouthing off while I was trying to get Card to take his hood off. When he wouldn't leave peacefully, I yelled for the militia (I was in the square, mind) and then stuck him once to show him I wasn't playing. He went into that Sanctuary thing and stood there. Stuck him a few more times once it wore off and then let him run off as he was finally getting the hint to leave the Dale. He turned once I stopped and....well, and later everyone said he imploded me.
The three of them came back later and started attacking everyone outside the gates and then ran up the hill ((still in view of the NPC militia for the most part)) to kill everyone else.
Some wizard guard from Cordor, a elf named Bells they say, went and found them in the Triumvir. Thought they was planning to come through the painting on us. So I went into the Inn and laid some traps under the painting, then portalled to the Triumvir. Took two tries to get their attention and the Terro guy followed me on the second try and tried to implode me inside that Triumvir bar. He missed. But he wouldn't follow me into the Hin Inn portal. Libba said later (he was there getting information) that they are afraid of a trap there. So that should make them think twice about coming into the Dale from that way.

Oh, by the way:
Earlier that day I banned Asmodai from the Dale until he could talk to you all. He's been told a hundred times to not loiter outside the Dale. He keeps ignoring it and coming back.
Also banned some human-looking guy in shiny black armor and a spiked helmet. He has been told a hundred times too. Up until this time, he'd leave without comment. This time he drew his sword and threatened to attack me until I yelled for the guards.
