It is most unfortunate that you have found yourself to busy to attend to the city's and its citizen's needs. Though i can understand the need for some solitude and focus on studies from time to time as i myself need do such. However in your absence i shall certainly ensure the city's lectures and renationalisation continue. I hope that you will not be kept long, for despite the rivalry between us and past misunderstandings i am grateful for your prior dedication and contributions to the city.

One day, the letter is removed.
Irae'arra returns, to see what the City demands of her now that she is able to give it. She doesn't seem to take over the Academy, rather waiting to see if she is desired there by the sentience of the city, while she studies in her office with the door propped open to welcome visitors.
