Lioncoat Arms Academy

The Lioncoat Arms Academy is the first Academy of Military Arts and Science in the region. Students will have access to a broad curriculum, training in combat (arcane, divine and melee) and be taught in a wide spectrum of battle tactics and strategy, as well as officer training, next to bestial knowledge, basic medical care and wilderness survival.

The full tuition costs 150.000 Gold Pieces. Each semester two full scholarships will be given out by the Academy. Additionally Jerand Whiterose is sponsoring another two full scholarships. Entry is open to all aspiring to a military career. However, the Lioncoat Arms Academy reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone it deems unfit to take on as a student.

The faculty consists of the:
- Headmaster Sir Robert Caris-Denoix
- Master of Arms Hunar Iroff, High Councilor of Barak Runedar's Chair of Military Affairs
- Master of Arcane Arts Vindel Rastana, High Magistrate of House Caris-Denoix
- Master of Divine Arts Aylomen, Keeper of House Caris-Denoix [On leave]

Inscription will take place on the list bellow. To request a full scholarship send a letter to the Master of Divine Arts in the Kohlingen Market District at the Caris-Denoix residence.

I am interested in training in melee, and tactics, I am a weaponsmith and am well practised with a great axe. I will need some time to find the coin, but could place a large deposit now.

I hope I could fit my training in around work at Copper Industries?

The Scholarship of the Phoenix will pay all tuition and fees for a single cadet who shows appreciation to the faiths, a drive to serve his or her community, and a loyalty and dedication to brothers in arms. Stipulations for the Scholarship:
- The Scholarship will be given to a Cadet who is willing or seeking to learn more of the Lathanderite faith. After finally reaching Kohl, Timothy reads over the notice, and regards his name on the accepted scholarship list. He exclaims in his excitement yelling "Yes!", jumping in the air as he does so, simply elated. The very young man then taps along with his walking stick, smiling all the way to the inn. Where he goes to study more books and scrolls.

we should see to meeting in the next three days to go over our lesson plans, finalize the curriculum and set the first dates for the semester, as well as determine to whom the scholarships will go to. I also propose to set two dates for each lesson to ensure all students have the ability to take the courses fully. (//We got people across more than one timezone. A tall hooded man clad in brown colors and dust over his attire (perhaps desert sand) enters the room. His skin is dark, evidence that he comes from another land, though some confuse his origins often. By his form and the way he carries a scimitar hanging from his waist reveals he is a man from the desert, used to a hard life. Traveling grants knowledge, and whoever has traveled is aware of the fact that each land posses its own characteristics, and no matter previous experience in battle, each time is different and necessary to learn adequate techniques to the new place.

With cadence, though secure step, advances, muscles relaxed but ready for any inconvenience, the tall man walks slow, hood hiding his eyes, but his stare doesn’t miss detail from the surroundings.

He takes a form and fills it.

your admittance has been granted and we are glad to welcome you to the academy. We will not allow members of the first semester to hold lessons themselves, as our curriculum is quite filled. However, if the first semester is a success we will wish to expand the academy and will likely allow our then more veteran students to hold lessons themselves, in concert with the faculty, as well as aspire to positions within the faculty itself. Input during the lessons will be welcomed and encouraged.

He spends a whole day polishing his armour to a mirror finish, and even visits the Kohl baths for the first time..

He digs out his old tartan clan cloak, proud to wear it again.

We can likely tweak the 8:00 gmt + 0 time as so far all are able to make the 20:00 one. Around what time does it become possible for you?

00:00 GMT +/- 0. If it is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Weekends are best for me as I can be on whenever.

Tuesdays will be eaten by my Alternate Beginnings campaign, and Friday is my PnP game day in real life.
