Small baskets seem to be popping up around poorer homes in Cordor. They are left at various times of day, whenever the giver thinks no one is around to notice. The giver appears to target houses that have young children, or older adults who perhaps can provide for themselves as they used to. The handwoven baskets are sturdy enough to reuse, and contain items like clothing for children, basic food necessities like bread, cheese, dried meats, a fine wool blanket, and a pouch of a hundred gold. A handwritten note is left in each basket, ((if you cant read the letter)) To the receiver of this basket, Everyone needs a helping hand at some point, and I hope this gift serves you well. If you find yourself not in need of something here, I urge you to pass them on to someone less fortunate then yourself. If you do not wish a gift, repay me by passing on this kindness in your neighborhood through kind word or deed. Sincerely, A Lady Who Cares

One of these baskets are picked up by Belalad, and inspected. Using magical and mundane methods to ensure it does not contain anything of ill intent. Be it poison, drugs, magical properties, or disease.
((Would cast with concent detect poison, detect disease, detect magic, lastly would document each item in the basket.))

He would find everything to be 100% clean and suitable for consumption/use/etc, and of rather fine quality at that.

I wish to thank you for your kind thoughts and concerns of the people of Cordor. If possible I would like to meet with you, as you sparked my personal curiosity.

In the hustle and bustle of Cordor's streets, the note vanishes not too long after, who picked it up though, is a mystery.
If the Lt. Belalad was in the area, he might have seen a slender woman of small stature, perhaps five feet or so, reach out her hand and take the note. She wears a nondescript black cloak and hood obscuring her features, and vanished into the crowd of walkers soon thereafter.

A note is left near the hostel, wrapped around a brick, with the words 'THE LADY WHO CARES' on the top.
On the opposite side is a short note.
I would like to meet sometime and possibly offer aid. If you like, please leave a message at Speedy Box 4733. I will have a reply for you at the same box within the hour.

As roughly another week passes, the baskets appear to more houses, ones that the lady wasn't able to reach before.
A note finds its way to Box 47233:
We may meet at the Nomad this evening. I will hear what you have to say.

Another letter is left..
Lady; I have been donating my earnings to the Cordor Orphanage. If there is a better way to put my money to work there, I would ask for your help, for the childrens' sake.

During one of her wanderings near the Orphanage, she would see a priest of Osiris, clad in full plate, large shield with a glowing kopesh sword at his side entering. He seems to glow with a bright white light.
Should she tarry or seek information about him, she would find out that once a week, he stops by the Orphan's home to see if anything needs fixing, medicines or healing supplies made, or if any assistance can be offered. More often then not, he ends up simply spending time playing with the children, bringing them figs and dates from Djedet and telling them stories as Joy keeps most of the healing and other work taken care of.
He seems to delight in his time with the kids, listening to them as much as telling them stories and always seems reluctant to go when the time arrives for him to leave.

At a desk in a fine dress, somewhere away from Cordor, the Lady sits and contemplates the letters she has received.
((on an ooc note, I'm appreciative of all the players expressing interest to be involved in this, please be patient while I work out fine details with the DM team <3 ))

The baskets continue to appear on a continuous weekly basis, usually alternating neighborhoods, she being just one woman after all.
The following letter is sent to Tribune Blue Skies, Katina Mohammed, Llinyarrii, and Belalad.
Dear [insert respective name], Your offers of assistance to the people of Cordor have been heard, and there is now something tangible you may contribute to. I will seek you out for a conversation.

Xaviera, having heard of a number of these incidents from people around town and from subordinates in the Ministry of Health & Public Welfare, inquires of the Guard and of the Ministry's Secretary Dr. Ignoma if there have been any incidents or problems related to Lady's activities and gifts.

All of the baskets continue to be delivered with complete secrecy at different times of the day, and in alternating neighborhoods, giving each household 1- 2 baskets a month. The items are always of fine quality, and of useful items, groceries, household items, clothing, shoes, tailored to the childrens age if the Lady was able to observe them enough to find out said information. The notes remain the same, with nothing asked in return. A few citizens might report seeing a woman in a common plain green dress and black cloak walking away from the baskets, locks of black hair slipping out with the wind, other then that, nothing is known.
