A simple notice is tacked to the message boards in most human cities, and a flyer is submitted with a copy of the book to the guard of Wiltun;
Available at local libraries:
Letters for Children; an illustrated primer for the Thorass Alphabet.
With focus on bright color to draw children's attention,
Bold lettering for grapheme awareness,
And fully illustrated for letter-sound correspondence.

Belalad would take notice of these new books, and skim through it checking it out for anything. May even due to his paranoia would cast detect magic over the tome to ensure no ruins or symbols were added.

Copies of it are also brought to the Shrine when Aly visits, for the good of the children there.
