I got to thinking about tridents and wanted to ask if there was a way here to have a weapon master take their favored weapon to be a trident?

One of the characters I had to abandon was a gladiator that fought with trident and shield (looked like a net) because when I went to weapon master, there was no way to take trident as his preferred weapon...

Is that so? I think that may be just a mistake or something. Weapon Master should only disallow bows and fists, not tridents.

Trident works with Weapon Master fine.

Please remember I have not been able to get into the server yet. The reason the tridents didn't work was they didn't fit into any of the options on the Weapon Master list.

IE...Long Sword, War Hammer...etc.

Its good to hear it works here...I may just bring Perge back....

Feels kinda good to have so many choices in my mind for characters and so little time to develop them all...lol

Yeah, there were no feats for Trident before patch 1.69

You can take weapon focus:trident nowadays. Although you dont get +1ab from it (bug), you can qualify for Weapon Master.

Ah, we were on 1.69 I thought...ah well, the best thing is you can do it.

on 1.69, cep2 not required. everything you need is in the hak and optional downloads sections located on the sidebar.
