Post subject:  Question on Summon Creature XX
So the spell description states spell duration for 24 hours. Why does the spell fizzle out after like 5 minutes? Looking at nwnwikia -- 1 hour in game = 2 min. Shouldn't it last 48 minutes? I don't see any modification to Summon Creature spells in the Amia spell modifications, so was wondering if this was working as intended.

It's based off caster level I believe. You should also get a server message when you cast the spell, stating the duration of your summon.

They last '1 Turn a level' according to the side bar, for summons!

Or 1 hour a turn, for Summon Creature 1, I suppose. Which would be why, I presume.

There is a Summon Creature 20? I thought Mystra disallowed it! :o AWMAHGAWD!

No, it's just that the series of spells ends at tier 9, the highest tier in NwN. So there is nothing higher than IX besides the epic spells. :P
