Hello!

I'm pretty new here on Amia. But as usual when joining a new server I took a moment to check out the hak. In it I found a few item appearances that I can't seem to locate in game. Namely some very nice looking staffs and a very cool but plain looking robe.

Is this just me going bonkers and managing to get the wrong hak open? Are they currently unavailable or do you need to do something special in order to access them?

Thanks for any response :))

Not everything is available though the crafting menu.

There are some items that can only be made by Tailors and Weaponsmiths.

And some that can only be made on the toolset too.

Yep. Some items are restricted to only weaponsmiths/armorsmiths and some are restricted to DC items.

I see. So can weapon / armor smiths access more item appearances through the crafting menu? Also is this the JOBs or the SKILLS we're talking?

And its not through the crafting option on the radial menu. The way it goes is that when they create something at the forge or whathaveyou, it has an otherwise unavailable appearance.

While on the topic:

In the hak file for Amia it contains a hak with these:
Image

In the actual Hak details it states there's a Kama, albeit I don't see it (nor did I find it when putting the Amia haks into a singleplayer module). Curious if there -is- one?

What I -really- am curious about, is at the bottom you'll see near the shields what appears to be a grey fist weapon with two blades protruding from it, what is that exactly? - This also applies to the square on the second row, first column; between the double-bladed weapons and the axes there looks to be a hand-blade with no hilt which I imagine is another fist weapon.

Are either of those two available in the game in any form?

The bottom one is a shield appearance I believe.

Anyway what Job would I need to access the unavailable robe? :O

Bugger that! Why is that circle metal shield and the Lion Headed one not in the crafting system? Also all those greatswords!. And that Egyptian Staff would be excellent Mulan edition.

Happy-gasm!

So that people who take the time and effort to request custom items get a super rare custom look to them too as is deserving to their time and comitment spent to the server. Would be my guess.

No they are not.

I think Lascivar just grabbed a picture from NWVault for a random hakpack with a few weapons Amia uses, then assumed we had all of them, which we don't, but we sure as hell could use some of them to replace some of the horrible ones we do have. I'm look at you Mr inferno shield and your buddy Mr Badly Modeled Greatsword.

Hey, it is. Says so on the info about the amia HAK page. Although is says "Notes: only used a few shields and dagger parts".

Madness I say. Although maybe their implementation is screwy with our crafting system, which would suck.
