The Super Fancy Index Post to The Compiled Goblin Information (extravaganza) Thread! For Goblin Lore, go here: • Coming soon! For total beginners who don't know how to make a goblin, see these links: • Subraces• Subrace: Goblin Super exciting Normal Stuff Q & A section! Q: How do I get access to the goblin voice sets? A: First, you have to unlock the NPC/Monster voice sets. You can do so by going to Varia: Files and Downloads; Or directly here: Soundset.2da to unlock NPC soundsets and such. The download for the Soundset.2da is at the bottom of the download list. Second, if you do not unlock the voice sets to be available indiscriminate of gender, then you must select male as your gender. In fact, I would suggest you choose male for your gender regardless of what your character's actual gender is for mechanical purposes, as described below.
Q: My goblin seems slower than other PCs, how is this fixed? A: This is a known bug and can be easily corrected. Simply ask to have your goblin's speed reset to "PC speed" by making a request in the LETO forum. Be sure to include your in game account name and your goblin's name.
Q: Why won't _______ show up on my goblin? A: The default NWN goblin models, referred to in this thread as Static Models, do not support visual additions of any kind except for items that occupy the hand equipment slots. This means that armor, cloaks, wings, tails, scabbards, backpacks, hoods, and so forth will not be visible on the Static Models. Dynamic Model goblins do support all of these visual options, however! Super exciting Dynamic Q & A section! Q: Where do I get my goblin changed over to the Dynamic Model? A: Go to the Maintenance room from the Entry room on either Server A or B, before entering the game world. Speak with the goblin NPC. You will be booted for the changes to take affect after confirming the change.
Q: How do I change my goblin's body colors once it has been made Dynamic? A: You have a few options for doing this;
1.) You can politely ask a DM while In Game to change your skin color, using this link to find the reference number for the desired color. 2.) The "Kobofier" NPC (not the Gobofier) in the Maintenance room can change your head, skin, hair and tattoo colors. However, the full palette of colors is not currently available with this method. 3.) The Hair and Tattoo NPCs at Kampo's can alter your goblin's colors at any time for a fee. Follow the NPC instructions and use the reference to find the number of your desired color. To determine which category controls what body part color, find the reference list for the head your goblin uses in the post below.
Q: How do I change my goblin's head once it has been made Dynamic? A: The "Kobofier" NPC (not the Gobofier) in the Maintenance room can change your head. You have a whopping 10 choices of head type, which you can see examples of below. This becomes your default head, which will be covered by an equipped helmet.
Q: Why won't the NPC let me change to the Dynamic Model? A: Only male goblins using Model (86), (87), or (84) can be changed to the Dynamic Model by the NPC. You can ask a DM to change your goblin to one of these models in game if needed. Female goblins cannot be changed to the Dynamic model. You can have a female goblin which is mechanically male by posting your request on the LETO forum. If you can provide your character's file name in the LETO request, it should help the DMs process your request. You can pull up the file name by typing or copying in the following line while in game: /s f_file show vault
Q: What happens to my goblin's voice set when their gender is changed? A: They will keep their original voice set. If you would like to have their voice set changed to one of the goblin monster voicesets, you can include that in your LETO request.
Q: What if I don't want to use the Dynamic Model? Do I have any other options for customization? A: Yes! You have six Static models that you can choose between and ask to have a DM change your goblin's appearance to. You can see what these look like in the post below. When requesting a model, please use the number rather than name for the convenience of the DMs.

The Super Fancy Fashion Show Edition of The Compiled Goblin Information (extravaganza) Thread! Curious what your goblin will look like with the Dynamic Model? Not only will your goblin be able to dress themselves as they see fit, but they can finally wear the rags of their tribe with pride and cower before their larger goblinoid cousins with impeccable fashion!
