Is it still ecl +1 ?
Says so on the website, though i've head some ecl races have been made ecl 0 like the earth genasi.

One little thing here... http://www.amiaworld.net/about/summons.htmlThe one thing I noticed that neutral version of Greater Planar Binding actually summons Green Slaad instead Death one. Probably you've just forgot to change that.
