:: Several large posters would be spread around different locations of Cordor, and in Tavern in Wiltun and in several locations through out Kohlingen::
"It has come to my attention that we are all in a dire situation, and yet many people either are unaware, not encouraged, or just plan out do not care.
People of Amia and Caraigh. Lend me your time to warn you of what is coming. A plague is approaching our very door-steps and we must take action to over come what is very quickly approaching.
Undead and Demons walking the very grounds we sleep, eat, and raise our families on; and yet we are stuck in the darkness. I ask everyone to bring up your blades and cut through this void and release the light. I've seen the creatures with my own eyes; attacks from Kholingen Mayfield's Inn; Innocents killed, and familys broken. Wiltun attacked by the same creatures. A powerful fortress surrounded by water; still forced to take cover by a barricade and soon it will be many other places on the Island of Amia and Caraigh if we do not take action and be prepared to what is to come."

Description
These Undead come in many forms, but from what I've noticed about most of them is that they are all stand in humanoid shape, seem to posses a very potent version of Palemastery or perhaps just powerful undead who bleed acid black Ichor. They are very weak against positive energy, but if you are to run into a partly skeletal humanoid being, with bone wings. I highly suggest -DO NOT FIGHT IT ALONE-. Gather friends, Triadics, Mystrans, and Kelemvorites.

I would happily meet with you to discuss this new threat. However, I would kindly ask you to stop making too dramatic posters just to cause panic and to earn attention.

My intention was not cause panic, but I do agree it is to gain attention of some sorts. Attention that is drastically needed. I will happily meet you. //friday is good for me.

A cloaked wizard dressed in gold and black looks at the notice in Cordor and speaks "It is...as I have predicted. Even a month is all too long a time to be gone..." Afterwards, he swiftly makes his way out of the city.

You may recently have seen posters requesting that the people band together to protect the city against 'a plague' of undead and demons. These posters report of robed figures accompanied by various animated bone creatures sighted in Wiltun, Kohlingen and Cordor. It is said that these figures may not be quite human and may resemble oozes and slimes in some respects.
These incidents do not yet, however, constitute 'a plague'. The matter is being investigated and we urge you not to be alarmed.
The Commonwealth Council does nevertheless encourage you to be careful and vigilant for your own safety and that of your fellows. Please avoid unidentified robed, cloaked obscured or concealed figures and report suspicious individuals or groups to the nearest City Guard as a matter of general procedure. Please do not attempt to follow or engage these individuals as you may risk putting yourself in danger.
Any sightings of large oozes or patches of slime, especially if active, should also be reported to the Guard and/or the Ministry of Health & Public Welfare. Such things may vary in colour from clear to gray through green to black. For your safety, do not approach or touch any such material, as it may be dangerous and/or hostile.

DO NOT TOUCH THE ICHOR IF FOUND. IT IS INDEED A SUBSTANCE OF PURE NECROMANCY. IF ANYONE IS TOO SEE HOODED FIGURES IN RED, THEY ARE TO GO TO THE AUTHORITY'S IMMEDIATELY OR YOU ARE TO APPREHENDED THEM ON THE SPOT.

Tacked onto most of these notices.
The oozes are spirits of beings that are as ancient if not more so than the gods. In that form they cannot move across or through surfaces coated with holy water, bubbly potions, or likely any blessed or holy substance. The things generate extreme cold and are drawn to warmth and are also attracted to bone, longing as they are for the return of the bodies they have long lost. They normally wander in a nether realm between the planes but apparently something or more likely someone has brought them out of their wandering paths. If you want to get rid of them, find out who or what disturbed their rest, and eliminate it.

::During the day, the posts spread around Cordor, Wiltun, and Khol would be gone. A figure wearing blue and black would be seen in these towns taking down the posts that belonged to Vindel::

A certain plain-looking human, wearing cloak with symbol of Chauntea, can be seen leaving temple of Waukeen at Cordor, carrying big box clanking with bottles. Throughout the day, he travels through outskirts of Cordor, from farmstead to farmstead, talking with farmers and giving them some bottles. Passing adventurers would easily recognize them as bottles of holy water, and some lesser healing potions. This continues next day, untill he has visited every farmstead in the area, with occasional porting in and out for more supplies. When he's finished, he returns to his farm in North Cordor.
