Appended to the Wiltun Notice Board.
"By edict of the Jarl, public notices must now be passed to Master Parrico who will decide whether or not they will be posted publically. Due to the horrors committed on Caraigh censure is now in force. The rabble of Adventurers who caused death on the island of Caraigh will know Law. Anyone violating the Laws of Wiltun will find themselves enjoying the hospitality of our Jail."
Following the statement is a list of Major laws:
1) Spellcasters will not enter Wiltun under cover of illusions or with any protective spells cast upon them.
2) Weapons must not be held in the hands of the adventurer class. This includes Spellstaves and shields. Failure to adhere to this law means you will be disarmed. Forcibly if required.
3) Its is not permitted to dance the shadows within Wiltuns Keep. Shadowdancers will be treated as spies for the enemy and will be hung from the walls for no less than a day.
4) Summons are now disallowed within the grounds of the keep.
5) The Jarl-Wards are the embodiement of these laws, there is no argument, for they are the Law.

"Nobody offers that much gold without having some sort of backup plan...". Xal then turns and rolls his eyes as he see's others reading the posters with whispers of riches to be made. He walks off with his always present all knowing smile, like the worlds knowledge is already at his fingertips, and he believes fully that he's not wrong.

In the early morning hours an edict is issued forth from the jarl of Wiltun:
By the Will of His Grace, the edict requiring public notices to undergo review is hereby rescinded. The Jarldom and its wardens retain any and all authority to define and remove offending material.
