The below post is done in a most intricate manner, made with flayed flesh and written in dried blood, it is consistently replaced and corrected to its original form upon any tampering or vandalism.It bears some definite magical properties, as it constantly glows with an image of a skull flooded with greenish arcane dark energy. //the post is located in the following cities: Tarkuul, Wiltun, Cordor underground, Wharftown, Uhm, Frozenfar, Zanshibon, Shadowscape, and Guldorand 
This is a call to all of you that serve your own ends or those of darker causes. Our time is now, our moment is now. Long have we suffered at the hands of the followers of light and nature. Let not the attrocities commited to us , the 'punishments' we had put up with as we walked across their cities and forests be forgotten. Our time of vengenace is now. We rise to extinguish the followers of light in every way shape and form. Gather in Aigheshed in Caraigh, we care not of your origins, or the gods you worship, only that you prove yourself of darkness and of your loyalty to the 'cause' of of all that is evil and foul.
Some join us for gold...some for glory and adventure, some for the wenches , and some for the sick pleasure of exacting their vengeance on the followers of light and nature.
'A price is put on the head of every dawnguard, triadic knight, druid, nature dweller, or any follower of the light. Five thousand gold for every head, twenty thousand if their bodies are brought to the crypt and laid before the idol of the Prince of Death. (//screenies needed)
Two thousand gold for every decaying corpse brought to us.. (//job system corpses, from undertaker job etc).
A hundred thousand gold for the head and corpse of any leader of the said factions of light and nature.
A million gold for Robert of Caris, to be brought alive to the crypts in capture, half if he's dead and his body is fully intact....
We will win this war in Caraigh, we will see the blight spread. This is the time, this is our time..
We are Darkness...we are Legion..

On her way through Wiltun, a priestess in white linens takes one of the fliers. Returning to Djedet, it is sent to the leader of House Helcaliant, and House Osirant, as she has not found any other people available to deal with it. She carefully pens a note to go with it.
My most honoured brethren;
I saw this in the outsider fort of Wiltun, and it immediately drew my notice. While it may be that it is of an area outside of our care or concern, such things should not be ignored, I felt. A thousand pardons if I overstepped. Please provide me guidance as I am too new here yet to know the Ways that are considered acceptable.
