Blade, in her browns-and-steels, continues coming to every drill, but this morning she paused to drop off a letter with each of the Council members (or where they would get it once they woke up) before going on to the drilling fields.

And, today, she's missing the cloak and the Yondalla pin, her chest has been bound flat, and she has a large shield on her back and a short sword at her waist that match the militia's (at least in appearance). The only ways to determine that Blade is not one of the militia is her slightly-shorter height, if a flash of her much-darker skin is viewed through the hood-mask she wears, and the fact that she stays at the back, not joining in the drills, but only aiding and getting things as needed.

Dropping off a single, short note to Nof on her way to the drilling grounds, Blade seems to be much more relaxed for some reason. She actually cracks a smile while helping out the drillers and goes so far as to make a joke during a break! Her smooth gait and quick actions are unaffected, but her shoulders seem just a little straighter as she goes about her day.

I have been absent the isle for many months, but upon my return i encountered a shady looking man with a number of tents and other such things set up, aswell as a gambling mat just outside the gate.
I questioned if he had a legal gambling permit or permission from the militia, he avoided the awnser.

i later saw him give someone a drink that made a man go histerical and attack bemmi the baker, he then ran off.

The man in question was wearing dark clothing, and had pale seeming skin, i heard someone refer to him as Krad.

The militia at the gates would also probably mention a new female gnome having drunk the same drink (before the man Dek mentioned drank) and, after randomly attacking somebody nearby, she got knocked out. The gnome was taken care of and seems perfectly fine and happy now, but she can also verify what happened.

Jake tears out the page he wrote of the incident and hands it to one of the militia, it simply reads

"Krad - 'palemaster', eye patch, black hair, pale skin. poisoned three/four people. deaders."

A well-made newsletter circulates the Dale, being handed out by a cheerful female gnome. It looks well-thought-out and -put-together, despite the apparent speed she was able to write it with.

"Rejoice, people of the Dale, for volume 1 of the Bendir Dale news is out and about! Read it and weep... from laughter! As many copies as you need or want... within reason, I don't have enough coin for much paper, you know!"

The poster is refreshed and placed in an easy-to-see place again and Ruby is seen bustling around the Dale, her recent worry replaced with an excited smile as she tells everyone she sees about the wedding tonight.

*a buzz of activity is felt about the Dale today. A wedding and the elections opening.*

Brandy is seen trying to rile up fellow residents of the shire of Bendir Dale and to speak in front of a crowd instead of putting on a performance today:

Dragonkin! The taller dragonkin are mean, vicious and like to eat young Hin children (It's proven)! The only ones that can be trusted are of our kin and the rest to be on an individual basis that must PROVE themselves - all Taller dragonkin must in times like these! With being so high in the skies, clearly too much air up there is a dangerous mix with some of their blood.

Today I had my sign up for the most adventurous fund around that gives adventurers fun and the bugger didn't donate but had the nerve to then help him! I **kindly** refused and the next thing I know hes walking away to the Forest. I follow him and he turns into a giant bug! I pelt him with a stinkbomb in defense of our beloved Dale!

I then promptly hid as he took out a scythe that could take the head of three dwarves in one swipe. Later he enters town briefly and then walks out - I slam the door on him on it but when he hears me saying "Out" he goes into a rage and slams the door open. I then stood toe to toe with the beast and called the nasty White dragon out - correcting me that he is a silver! And here I thought those were "suppose" to be the ones that didn't eat gnomish grandmothers.

There are a few good dragonkin that are of the Taller races! I believe they exist... but I haven't had the pleasure of meeting one in ages. Stand up friends and residents of ol' Bendir Dale!

Say NO to Taller Dragonkin... make them have an insignia like Drow!

Pilineth reads this in shock, thinking the so called silverkin a liar, no silver would do such things!

*Nechtan looks at the notices and grunts mumurring and walking off*

*Nina sighs, wondering just how much a part Brandy had in provoking the Dragonkin. She then verifies with the guard that was on duty at the gate to see if he can describe the Dragonkin so that she can attempt to find them and get the whole picture.*

Multiple rumours make its way around the shire of Bendir Dale about the Harlequins of Brandobaris. Some may wonder if the Harlequins themselves started these rumours.

Today's Rumour: A... story toll?

Any of the bridges located in Bendir Dale are being road blocked for a short period of time by Harlequins and Bards. They call it the Bard Blockade or the Story Block!

What really? Has the militia caught them yet or will they?
Who knows! They set up their toll quickly and move out after a few stories or donations! I wonder if they have been spying on militia-men routines?

But don't worry - I was told that residents pass for free! But maybe that's so who were putting up tangle traps on bridges in the past .....

Brandy is seen looking for other Quins in hopes of having another gathering of the minions of Brandobaris.

A small note is attatched to the Harlequin Adventurer Fund notice in Town Hall.

I am asked a lot if this is just for new adventurers - while the *Harlequin* Adventurer Fund is focused on helping new, unskilled or just starting adventurers this fund is for ALL adventurers!! Do not hesitate to ask for aid one and all!

I'd like to make a donation in the spirit of inter-race cooperation on "jesting and pranks". The nature of the donation shall remain between us until it's suitable to "reveal".

Inside the Dale proper, Pixen's silhouette can be seen against the sun, casting a small shadow on the bridge near the Inn, as the little dragon circles above, occasionally diving on a rabbit when hungry. Satisfied in looking like she is doing her part, Nina then writes a notice and tacks it to the notice tree by Jayek.*

*She smirks and giggles slightly, knowing that if the rumors are true, and they are the Quins, in all likelyhood all she essentially accomplished was telling those responsible for the act to simply not get caught.*

*Egan walks from the Orchard to the Main gate..looking at Tin Can as he does...he makes numerous trips watching the Huge fellow. Seeing that he is motionless and Obviously set for some specific event...and having a good idea what...He begins to drape the huge guy in flowers and vines. Arranging them to look like a flowery vest and breeches.*

Ya should look festive...an as long as yer hangin out on da road...I kin pertify ya. Don worry..I wan do nutin what'l stop ya from doin Nina's command...I swears ter it.
