We will gather in the cave home connected to the tunnels of L'Obsul in order to discuss the possible formation of a new clan, electing a new All-Watcher should the decision be made, discuss how we will set ourselves apart from the Goblins in the eyes of the warmbloods, as well as teach our history to those that wish to hear it. I implore each of you to come and gather, if not to partake in the discussion, then to enjoy the fellowship of your kin.

Found in the locations of the missives posted everywhere but the underdark are letters written in elegant draconic script.

Dear sweet scaled ones, dreaded diggers below, agents of Kurtulmaks vengeance there are powers who see your servitude to any being less then chromatic wyrms as the crime that it is. Though our names can not be shown at this time know that among the warm bloods some see the glory in your blood and envy the spark of divinity you all carry and that we will aid you on your path to destiny.

While the tale Caesinsjach and Io is a fine Myth remember the older story of the Violation of Tiamats Lair; when divine thieves wounded the Dark Queen and tried to rob her home. She used one of her own eggs to spawn the mighty and cunning Kurtalmak who built grand and wondrous traps to defend his mothers lair. Remember then that Kurtulmak found another of mothers eggs that would not hatch and used his great magic upon the eggs to give birth to the first kobolds.

You are the grand children of Tiamat, the spark of her divinity is in your hearts and the Chromatic dragons your truest kin. Kurtulmak who shares a domain so close to Tiamat, Kurtulmak whose temperament is far more akin to Tiamats then uncaring, unloving Io who ignored his own daughters pleas for affection driving her to murder and in turn banishing her for the very crime he forced her to commit for his affections.

Stay true to your kith and kin, stay true to your people and the agents of the dark queen shall aid you true children of the dark queen.

*Smar stumbles around the stone jungle of Cordor, it's alleyways and enclosing walls still foreign to him, the air carrying a slight wind. He continues down a small corridor in the West of the city, another turn and then a next before coming to a junction in the maze of paths. He looks left then right before heading forward onwards, as he steps out a thin tattered and badly worn sheet of paper slaps into his face from a draft accelerating from his left. After grunting and snatching wildly at the paper he looks down to read it in the shelter of the next pathway out of the wind, he recognises the writing immediately as draconic through the grit and dust, although his ability to read being basic and quite the opposite of his verbal skills, he is able to make out enough of the missives print to understand that a meeting is to occur and he had to be there or find out everything. With a sly and hushed tone he spoke a single line, "It be time fer tha Kobbies ter be find'in out wha' really be waitin' fer em, ye will 'ave yer agent...

We are forever grateful to the wise Green, Caesinsjach, for making use of the gifts given her by Io, and to Kurtulmak for embodying the way of our people, or, as displayed within the other creation myth, again to our own Kurtulmak for breathing first life into the rest of us. We humbly beseech you remember, brethren, all that comes in sharing in the blood of dragon kind. That we too have the free will to choose whom we serve beyond our own Kurtulmak and his divine servants.
