Posted in all surface settlements and as near to Winya as an invisable drow in greater sanctuary can get is found a poster with a diagram of a human with an open fanged mouth and pale skin. Below the Diagram is a picture of a large black wolf and a bat with the words "Other forms" Indicating the wolf and bat. Arrows pointed to the Vampires heart and then Neck with the Numbers one and Two labeled by them. At the bottom can be found in point form.

Vampires: A foe to all!

Vampires and their weaknesses
1.A stake to the heart-Paralyzing
2. Decapitation-causes massive blood loss and vampire to become mist and flee, unless it is staked.
3.Garlic-Vampire find Garlic distasteful and all but their lords try to avoid it.
4.Holy Symbols of goodly gods-When presented with true faith can hold vampires at bay, vampires find all that is holy to be a bane.
5. Holy water (contact with sanctified, blessed or holy relics) Burns them like acid as it does all undead aim for the eyes or face.
6.Running Water-A vampire can not cross running fresh water and finds doing so on boat or bridge uncomfortable
7. Invitation- A vampire can not enter a private residence unless invited in, Beware pale strangers asking entrance into your home at night.

True death and you!
1. The Sun- All but the greatest vampire lords become but Ash before Lathanders Glory. (if need be leave staked vampires out for the sun if time does not permit other methods of death)
2. Stake, behead, fill mouth with holy water or holy wafers and burn both in separate pyres.
3.Running water-If your strong enough to over power a vampire hold them under fresh running water for about a minute and he will melt away to nothing.
4.Destroy a vampires coffin and unless he can bind to a new one he will wither away to ash.

Nothing less then the above methods can bring true death to a vampire and will only cause them to become an invulnerable mist and retreat til they regenerate. Also note that vampire lords may be able to circumvent any number of traditional weaknesses but not all.

Be safe be smart and don't let this walking plague of murder and rape win.

This has been a public safety poster paid for and published by the Shrine of Eilistraee.

Another poster is soon found under the first ones, it dipicting a picture of a dwarf, halfling and elf their features feral, eyes glowing red and with fanged overbites. Below are similar pictures of a Kobold, Goblin and a drow. Below that in large common letters:

Vampire Identification and you!

Any humanoid race can be infected with the plague of vampire-ism note a all posses a paler skin tone then their base culture or rare. Also also posses features that have what one might call a feral edge. When their powers are active or they are preparing to feed their eyes glow and they may bare their fangs. The lower ranked and weaker vampire spawn have the same appearance only much more exaggerated and easily identified. Also note that their hearts do not beat and their skin is always cold to the touch. Older vampires tend to prefer the fashion and styles of their living days so keep an eye out for anyone dressed a century or more out of fashion.

Remember we can win this war against the walking dead, but only if we are armed with knowledge and faith in the gods of good.

Winter takes a look at a poster , tears it down, rolls it up neatly and stuffs it in her satchel.

Crow, finding a revised poster in Bendir Dale, copies the information in his journal book.
This catches his eye because he was in the Dale when one of the foul creatures breached the town gates and caused much havoc.
Crow finds some stiff branches that have fallen and whittles himself a handful of vampire heart stakes after he coaxes some garlic cloves from Bemmi, and makes a mental note to procure some holy water somewhere.
He feels slightly more comforted in having the utensils and a better education on the matter, never having encountered them before the incident in the Dale.
He drops more than the usual gold into the donation pot near the idol while silently thanking Eilistraee and slips out of town to set up his camp.

Someone dressed as a farmer comes across the notice, pondering the meaning of "true faith" as mentioned in the holy symbols section.

deciding its probably irrelevant since he's no cleric, he decides to seek out the nearest supplier of garlic and ironwood swords to use as a stake.
