To all who would dare question my destruction of shadow dragon spawn, I revert my desire for peace and in its place threaten all who have acted to defend the child. Expect violence, especially those of you who claim to defend the forest yet allow evil outsiders in. None will be safe traversing the forest until such time as the spawn of evil outsiders are rightfully condemned.

Ultur V'Duyeek reads the notice, the new Kelemvorite Squire grumbles and is audiably heard to comment on the fact that Qirlan obviously wasn't dealt with in a satisfactory manner by Winya.
Cerestan Darkwood reads the notice and realy couldn't give a damn either way.
Metalien Sikth reads the note and grows visibly angered by the whole affair, choosing not to comment though his stance and attitude towards Qirlan goes from his previous nuetrality to outright and open dislike.

In response to the recently reiterated threat by the individual known as Qirlan Shraramir, Oakmist Vale now strongly encourages his removal at bladepoint. Any violence performed against this individual will be classified by local rangers as 'Pre Emptive Self Defense' and will be dismissed as such.
Oakmist Vale also patiently awaits appropriate measures from Winya Ravana to reign in this individual, as collaborative allies.
Likewise, any confirmed eliminations of this individual within Amia Forest will be appropriately rewarded by myself, personally, and repeatedly until the matter is finally taken care of. It seems my invitation was rejected by the dullards of the forest and their inability to comprehend basic metaphors. It is a wonder a group so unable to comprehend matters invests such emotion into them. Regardless, I have decided upon a new slogan for those that defend the forest:

Now I shall repeat the contents of my invitation, and extend the offer to all who have defended the one quarter shadow dragon:
I hereby invite you all to discuss the matter of the quarter shadow dragon with me over wine. I am well aware of your argument that three quarters of the child is not shadow dragon, thus suggesting that it is three quarters good. Your lack of knowledge in the ways of my Order are clear. Let me educate you.
Those who worship Tempus and the Red Knight, members of the Order of the Flaming Blade, hold true that all are equal. For in War, in the flames of battle, race, gender and creed matter not. In battle, we are all warriors, and all equal. We of the Order of the Flaming Blade do not judge on race, but on deed. I'm afraid Qirlan has been of questionable deed. Yes he has done good, but he has done evil as well. He has walked a line for a long time now, and when he killed a defenceless child, he crossed that line.
My Order holds the next line most sacred, perhaps highest of all. The killing of the defenceless is forbidden. For even the most evil, the most vile and disgusting of men and woman deserve the right to defend themselves. A four year old child, no matter the race, is defenceless. This act is foul. It is truely one of the most disgusting things I have ever heard take place on this isle, and that you can judge it even slightly good is perhaps a showing of your true ignorance.
Sir, you are grasping at straws to defend your fellow elf. This is perhaps very honourable of you Meladirum but while Qirlan has done some good, that is true, but he has done many many evils. Those evils could be justified, this cannot. A defenceless child is still a defenceless child, and there is no excuse for his actions. Did he even have the child tested for an evil taint? No, he did not. Qirlan acted in such a reckless violent manner that such an act could only come from pure instinct, from a violent evil within' his heart. I cannot condon such an action, not even for his past good acts.
So you can see Sir, I am well in my right to do what I have. Note I have not said my Order will hunt him down, but we will not protect him in any way shape or form, and those who would strike at him can be assured that Tempus will smile on them for the destruction of this man without honour, for in the eyes of Tempus, god of War and Battle, he has none. I hope you perhaps see this in time, but perhaps not. Perhaps you wish to see only the good in your fellow elf, dispite his deeds. Commendable, but in the eyes of myself and those who would judge him, foolhardy. Just because we are in War, does not give him the right to act as he has. Where you to be fighting in it, your words might have more weight.

Rifeling through the stack of parchments, notices and odd piece of this or that for some of her servants had strange ideas of what she thought might be important. Looking for information on an entirely different subject, her crimson eyes pause to read when they catch two names. Meldrium and Qirlan.
Sitting up straighter a rather musical laughter bubbles up as she reads. "This is wonderful." She manages after pausing in her laughter. "The Qirlan and The Meldrium provide no end of entertainment."

Wrong lady elf, I have the blood of fools I warned till I was blue in the face to stand down. You did not and I did as I told you I would. As for your so called protection of the forest..... I used to call Qirlan a friend, and I'm sad it's come to this. I'd love help in my goals, but I'll be damned I stoop one inch to get it. And the one big differnce between myself and sun elves is I do not simply die in my attempts to protect the forest. You are welcome here as long as you follow the rules, if you wish to think yourself or your agenda above them I will remove you by any means needed you've my word.

I seek to know exactly what this man Qirlan did to raise such ire.
It is my stance at this present time however that flesh does not transfer evil. Just as flesh does not transfer wisdom. Many a fool-apple comes from a wise-father-tree.

Letters are circulated to the priestesses in the Temple of Love, primarily Josalynn and Elandrus, and to the assistants Dima and Nawiel. A few notices, printed on sheets of papyrus, also appear in the forest along with the collections of other writings.
Those who know me, know that I detest and despise Saris Talin above all others for the foul murder of one most dear to me, yet I cannot in any wise hold the son responsible for the actions of the father. In fact, it is my firm and fervent belief that to slay an innocent child for the actions of a parent, or for no reason other than the blood that runs in its veins, is a most heinous evil and an offence against decency that cannot be condoned by any person who professes themselves capable of love. Wisdom consists not in slavishly following orders and dogma, but in weighing all actions in terms of what brings about the greater good, an outcome which is neither easy to predict nor to measure once decided, and which ultimately comes down to personal choice. Yet the judgement of history is that while Qirlan has done good things in the name of good, he has also done evil things. Elle has also made many poor choices, but she has paid for those choices, and for Qirlan to threaten her with death for a lack of wisdom is to hold himself up for similar treatment. Rather than see all concerned devoured by an escalating cycle of vengeance, I call upon the parties to cease and desist, to open their hearts to one another and to make peace, and to scrutinize their future actions more carefully that they not by those actions cause greater harm than good in times yet to come. Let us all instead work together to purify ourselves, that our isle of Amia may not be a tainted soil that brings forth only poisonous fruit, but may instead become a garden of delight for all who dwell hereon.
I will not assist any person in any action against Qirlan, but neither will I aid him or support his actions, and will offer such protection as I can to Elle and her son.

A one-eyed warrior, her eyepatch bearing the symbol of Hoar, reads Rikkudai's words, and her lips tighten. In all truth, Katina couldn't pick Qirlan out of a crowd and cares little about the cawing, unless proof of guilt is presented.
Meanwhile, a young sorceress, waistline thickened with a growing baby, reads Xaviera's words and sighs, with a hopeful, doubtful smile.
